Circle K, El Paso TX

Please learn how to restock items and not have me keep reminding you, where you make the excuse you'll let management know. I get tired of having to go to the other SMALLER location on Belvidere and Resler, since you all are too busy to keep up with them. It's ridiculous.

Every night we have come for the past 2 weeks. It's been "closed" just because some night shift they hired doesn't want to work so they make some little sign out of receipt paper and hide in the back. It's absolutely ridiculous. Don't be a 24 hour gas station. Or hire people who actually want to work

Lady in the night shift is crazy. She doesn’t know how to read ID’s, passports, she says an id for department of State is not official. She states false stuff. Dangerous lady
She is rude
She is racist
She is cray and start yelling every single
Customer.

White lady with short wig hair is super RUDE! IF YOUR TOO RICH and too good for us Mexicans WHY YOU WORKING AT CIRCLE K.

So the older woman that works here is extremely Rude and unprofessional. Her name is Maria.
I don't understand how every time I go, she either finds something rude to say or has a snoody remark when a customer asks a justifiable question. For example, I asked why there wasn't hand soap in the men's restroom. She got frustrated and threatened to just close the restroom completely because of this. I simply said Dollar general sells hand soap for like $1. I'm sure the company can pay for it. She rudely said "you go to Dollar general! " Wow. I literally hear other customers agreeing on how rude she is and it even seems as if the employees know she's like this. Why does she still work here? Come on circle k

No hand soap in one restroom and at the other restroom the dispenser doesnt work.i wonder where do the employees wash their hands after using the restrooms.then go out and cook pizza, biscuits, hot dogs etc. I BEWARE!

Another horrible experience at Circle K, employees are never trained properly in customer service, or at least the managers never are would rather drive out of my way for better service

The worse circle K on the Westside, staff is rude.old lady if you hate your job just look else where why stay and argue with everyone that walks in? Wanted to clean my windows couldn’t.no water.and nothing to clean it with.

I always avoid this place because of how they treat their customers like DIRT. Especially the lady with white hair EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She talks badly about customers in spanish thinking they won't understand. I used to go to this store back in 2015 and 2016 and it hasn't changed. The cashiers are always discriminatory against younger people resulting in them losing a LOT of business to valero. I just want to buy my stuff and leave not have someone talk rudely to me. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Stopped here to fill a low tire. The air machine was not marked as out of order and it emptied my tire air instead of filling it. I went inside for help and the workers were not helpful at all, they didn't offer a refund nor did they go out to mark the machine as out of order. Pretty inconvenient for what should be a convenience store.

Just got kicked out because I washed my hands on the sink next to the coke machine and there was no soap in the restroom they said that sink is only for food washing and doesnt have a grease trap!

Went over a unsecured metal cover for the gas tanks punctured my tire and cost me $163 bucks. Thanks Circle K.

Called over the phone to avoid driving to multiple different places. Awful, rude woman answered in Spanish and interrupted me when I was in the middle of asking if this Circle K carried what I was looking for. She rudely snapped at me that they "didn't give product information out over the phone" - when every other Circle K had politely done so earlier in the evening. She told me I would just have to come into the store, and I was so taken aback. Then, she hung up on me. Please fix your customer service. This was beyond rude. I have no idea whether or not this Circle K has what I was looking for, but I have zero intention of driving out to see.

I was running out of gas and the cashier didn't want to put gas cause I had wanted to put 10 out of 50. He said he has no change. But at the same time the store was busy. Made no sense.
