7They do not change their signs to show the actual costs of the gas prices. The prices at the pump are different than the sign. BEWARE
This place is a dump. The glass over the scratch tickets is broken and taped over so you can't see what tickets they have. A few employees are nice and helpful but most are not great. The gas/diesel sign price often contradicts the price on the pumps. This is the closest store to my house and i wish they would bulldoze it.
Went to the station to get a propane tank exchange. I'm going to give the two young men who were working there an A for effort trying to assist me in exchanging my old propane tank for a new one. They were unable to find the correct key to unlock the propane tank cage. Giving the manager a F, for not answering his phone when they tried to reach him for a assistance. Sorry but I have to give you one star because customer service was not that great, if you're the manager you should be answering your phone when your employees need your assistance.
Josh is a great employee he helped me with my car when my fuel door wasnt opening and provided great service when i was checking out
It is really sad, what this store has become.
It was never amazing, but in the past year it has been horrible including some nights were it was shut down, cause no one wanted to work. I have been buying there for years, at least twice a week. Long lines. Messy, coffee is not fresh.
It is just going downhill.
Bad bad management for such a busy location. Sad.
This company has complex me for awhile. I’ve been an Independent Contractor doing a variety of jobs at over 45 different locations. None of the over 45 different stores are the same, however this one takes the cake. With the gas and diesel pumps awkwardly off to the side and the buildings two entrances with neither facing the intersection of which it sits instead the rear of the building faces the corner like some misbehaving child. Great service, helpful friendly faces.
Dive! All the good employees left and all that’s left are a bunch of hacks who have no idea what’s going on. The average line is about 20 minutes just to pay for a coffee. Everybody sits there and gets $200 in lottery tickets and scratches them off in line it’s a disaster. Their soda machines are never functional, I was just there in fact, I’m here right now and the ice machine is not working and the only drinks they have are Fanta and caffeine. Free Diet Coke. Neither of which I want
