Circle K, San Antonio TX

I'm here at the counter and I've been here for 2 minutes and the two girls behind the counter just keep ignoring me. This place needs to be shut down they keep hiring trash

I've always liked this store until they started forcing all customers to use their new space age looking self checkout machine!
No option to use a register with a person.
There was an older lady almost in tears not understanding the register.
There is an employee telling you how you are supposed to operate this new check out but having a cashier on a register is needed as well!

I see they only respond to customers that give 5 stars, unfortunately this location is not worth going and the sad part about it is a brand new location, the employees are so unprofessional, rude definitely not friendly and to top it off their hot meals, like hot dogs, pizza, etc, are never available, when I asked why there is for say hot dogs their response is sorry we don’t serve them anymore. If it is a franchise I would look into it. It is very disappointing To frequent a location with such poor or lack of management.

This gas station is horrible the lady in the cashier refuse to take my discount card very unprofessional she had earphones no name tag and she told me that sorry sir but that's not my problem very rude and disrespectful not a great location to put gas at all I will no longer be going there at all corporate office needs to fire these people and get a new employees that actual care.

Bait and switch! 18 pack of dos xx has a "sale" sign on it for 24.99, register rang it up for 26.99, I said hey the sign said 24.99. He says "oh, that sale starts tomorrow. " TF? Bet he says that tomorrow when I come back, oh yea, that sale starts tomorrow.

It is very convenient for coffee, sodas, beer, and candy. Sells lottery tickets and the in-store Subway is nice.

Ever since they got a self check out they don't want to help customers. I wanted to get gas but the employee didn't even greet me. She didn't seem to care I was there. Both registers had a sign that says next register. I left to a better Circle K.
