Citi Animal Hospital, Friendswood TX

I took my puppy here in December 2020 under the assumption that her first visit fee was free given the coupon (as of March 2021) currently on their website. After the visit, the vet refused to honor the coupon and said it needs to be removed from the website. Yet it still has not been removed. Further, I asked for an overall exam and they failed to scan her for a microchip. I called after and asked if they could add this to their records and they said I would need to schedule an appointment (and pay a fee) so they could scan her and add it to the records. I also receive post cards in the mail from this place stating my dog is not up-to-date on her vaccines when in fact she is. I have to call each time and verify that I did not miss a dosage or vaccine. Lastly, I was never offered any variety of heartworm/flee medication and was charged for a 3-in-1 expensive brand, not knowing I had other options. They do something similar when they call and ask you to approve the shots they want to give your dog (i.e. There is no clarification what is required and what is recommended). The vet and vet tech are friend in conversation, but this is a poorly run facility that exhibits fraud in my opinion.

Absolutely love this clinic! The prices are very affordable, the doctor answered all my questions and was very caring and the staff are all so nice! Would recommend this for anyone who loves their fur babies!

We just recently purchased a Goldendoodle puppy and could not get anyone to schedule us for an exam. They were able to fit is in the same day and get our pup screened and check out. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful!

Great clinic always give estimates before processing with any type of treatment so we, the clients, have the power to pick and choose what we want, what we don’t want! Really works with our budget for our fur babies. Beautiful clinic & great friendly staff and Dr.

Great staff & Dr.open late on weekdays and actually opened on weekends which is super convenient the clinic itself is always very clean, and staff is super friendly.great clinic 10/10 would recommend

Place is very well kept and opened on a Sunday! No where else is opened on a Sunday any where which gives this five stars.

I was recommended to visit this place from a dear, pet loving friend. It is clean, neat and the staff is wonderful. They were very attentive toward my dog's needs as well as my own. They are very thorough with making sure they have all info about my pet's past and asked questions to make sure we were comfortable. The assistant and the doctor were awesome! You can tell they care about animals and their owners. They tell you the pricing up front, which is very reasonable. They even have treats for the animals to make sure they feel at ease, which quells their anxiety. There is plenty of parking and the business is located in a great area. A win all the way around. 5 stars!

Can not understand him, does things then charges you for them. Over all I just don't like the man. Have had some issues with him.

Once again, the staff at Citi Friendswood have shown great care for my cat Rascal. I highly recommend!

The assistant and the doctor were amazing. They made my sweet pupper feel at ease and they have a great explanation of what was going on with my pupper. Definitely going to continue having them as my vet!

The vet recomended $380 worth of exams before he would even see our dog which is just stupid. We had no other choice since this was the only place open on Sunday and then it took the vet another hour and a half for him to see our dog. The entire office visit took 3 hours.

The staff is very friendly and you could tell they have a love for animals. They seem to be very patient with the animals. The veterinarian is very calm and answers all the questions. We never felt like we were rushed.

Prompt service and very sweet nurse. Took care of my Bailey and made sure he was fine. This was our second time here and both visits were great. Thank you!

The Dr and his staff were very sweet and patient with my pup. They are definitely not your money hungry staff, and genuinely care about getting you the best care for the most reasonable price! Bringing my pets here from now on.

Our animals love Citi Animal Hospital! They are always great about getting our furbabies in and take great care of them when they are there. We highly recommend this vet clinic!
