Only come in to buy my scrub sets for work. Love that they have the material and the size I need. And it's a reasonable price for the set!

Everyone was friendly They greeted us when we came in and assisted us when had a question with no hesitation. Great Customer service. Never shop their but, I will be doing so Now.

It's just okay.not the cleanest but they're trying. Limited to no pants for tall (5'9) females.

The workers are kinda ghetto though.
Asked one to open the dressing rooms and she acted as if I was bothering her & said "gimme a minute", like she was gonna die.
Heard a lady standing at the register start yelling "hellooooo" because she'd been standing there for 10 min & nobody was there to ring her up.
I think I'll stick to the one on out side of town!

Cute fashions sold at a bargain. I live making that special trip to Citi trends for underwear, scrubs, jewelry accessories, and shoes, as well as household accessories. Women, men, girls and boys clothing items. Great place to shop for reasonably priced kids back to school outfits. Save your money!

I've purchased some nice tops and accessories for myself and for my niece some adorable clothes for her 16th birthday. Great prices!

We came into this location for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. The prices are really competitive, the store was clean, and the staff was pretty friendly. We will return if we are every around that area.

Citi Trends always always manage to have some kind of very fantastic sales going on. And their stuff is better quality than most discount clothing stores.

The selections here compared to last year leave a lot to be desired. I wish they would expand to more areas

You get what you paid for here, i mostly buy my fashion jewelries here like earings and bracelets but the clothes not so much. You might still find something nice here and there. It's ok i guess compared to going to the mall or clothing store like Burlington.

They are more expensive than Port Arthur, TX and their selection is lacking. Customer service did acknowledge the wait several times which was a plus.

Do not spend any of your hard earned money here! Wish i could give zero stars to this dirt hole! I walked out of the store after the rude stuck up for no apparent reason cashier started to put socks back into an open bag for resale. I stood at her register for a minute and finally the next lady at the register said "i guess I'll take you over here" when i started to move over that rude one proceeded to "help" the next customer that was behind me. Maybe you have to be black to shop here. Needless to say i walked out and took my money elsewhere! If the owner wants to make any money i suggest hiring a new non discriminatory staff!

Love going here from time to time their outfits is very good the price is very decent in their up to dated with Styles in my child loves going here
