Citi Trends, Fort Worth TX

Nothing on racks shelves very empty. Store clerk said they had merchandise in back that hadn't been put out yet. They have been so busy and short of help they hadn't been able to get it out. I say it's the location of the store they don't care. You go out to another location shelves are stocked and organized and racks are full.

Sheesh, they got Name brand gear for the low as well! I stay Lit like a Candle and got that Drip like a Water Faucet... Whew! ️

The inside if the store had no order, everything was all over the place. I will never shop there again. Worst than going to a thrif store.

Mens section is very thin but as far as overall cleanliness, ad a former SM, its not bad. The management team was working vigoursly on an audit but they were still super friendly and helpful. I was greeted when i entered and thanked when i left. From a management stand point i was impressed.

Customer service is great but selection of clothes is poor jewelry is not like it use to be.over all I like this store just needs to go back to it use to be.

They usually have a lot of cute plus size clothing, but not lately. Some jeans are stapled together and you can't completely see them. Also, the fitting rooms are closed due to COVID. Men's selection isn't that good either. Some things I saw they had over a year ago and wasn't marked down. Also, in my and some of my friend's opinion, too much basketball themed clothing.

Had so much of a good selection of men's clothing looks a lot better than Walmart and not over priced.

They have good prices in kids Socks, bras and undies! Good quality and great costumer service by a latina girl who attend me!

This was my first time at citi trends and i love their style of clothes! And the shopping expierence was very relaxing and good taste of music! I will be back!

If you have to ask a cashier for a basket, and they reach behind the counter for it, oh and have an alarm on it, it is not a safe place to shop at.

Cashiers were great! They moved everyone through the checkout line very fast. It was Christmas Eve also. Great job!

First time visiting and to me it's like the store Ross but it's not a bad thing! Liked the discounted things and would buy from here but I don't like the area it's in.

I was really disappointed. The selection was horrible. Not what I expect from Citi Trends. Customer service was horrible, if a person was a thief it would be no problem. Staff ain't paying attention no way. Just lazy.

I frequent this store quite often. I love the Home Goods they have. I've been to several Citi Trend and this one by far is the best. The only reason I did not rate it five stars is because of a problem I had returning an item
