Citizen Collection Station - Eastside, El Paso TX

The layout makes no sense, but the employees are always very nice. Some of the stuff that gets thrown out gets repurposed around the lot as decoration, and a few pieces are pretty funny like an old Halloween mummy converted into a "worker" on his phone.

Convenient location to drop off yard waste and other household trash. Free, must bring current water bill and matching ID.

10 minutes line to enter the premises, the sad thing they don't have area to drop the thing that still work for people in nead!

The collection site is very organized. I highly reccomend the citizens of el paso to go there. Friendly staff plus your in and out. Very clean for it being a collection site.

I love this place. So much closer to my house than the landfill. Plus it's free up to 4 times per month. Usually I'm in and out fairly quickly.

Since the city stopped recycle at home, the line there is much longer, but moves quick. There is no real recycle process unless you have metal.

Great facility being run here. Amid the pandemic, the city took away our recycling program, thus making citizens to either throw away our recycling or take them to these drop off cites.
Nothing but a bunch of lazy useless men standing around joking. No offer to help, everything's DIY. I can't believe these employees are paid just to stand around and fart all day. Great alternative El Paso, nothing but the city's finest for us.

Ever since the city of el paso put the blue bin on hold, this place has been jumping. The first time it only took me 30 minutes to recycle. Today it took almost 90 minutes. I love my citys effort to recycle. Keep up the good job

Great, especially since they are handling all the slack from the westside collection site (possibly other sites too) that has been closed, and the city personnel who is /are unable to manage their staff or use their supervisors and additional staff to cover for those blue collar workers that are out because of Covid 19.

Although there is a long line to get in, once you get in, it goes very quickly. They have a routine going which makes it a very efficient process. Just be sure to get your pass online; that speeds it up a lot

Even though customer service was great, the lack of recycling availabilities was awful. We could not through our recycling away properly due to their vehicle being full. They told us to come back in 2 hours or so. We already spent 30 minutes in line. We had to throw our recycled items in the regular trash containers. They should be more conscious and be ready.

The folks here were very professional and it was very easy for us to get our trash unloaded to the big trash bins. Easy in and easy out. And on a Saturday! All of my tree debris, toilet and sink.

Went to take mattress, weather cardboard, and plastic. Was told this was not a car wash, that i shouldn't have been throwing away my declared garbage.where I was directed to go and throw away my declared garbage

2 stars because I got it done, but 2 spanish only speaking people are definitely mad about it for some reason I cannot fathom.

EXCELLENT Service for a senior citizens/ Veteran, obtain help from staff unloading an old mattress, Impressed very busy on saturday morning, continue YOU EXCELLENT customer service. I will not complain on my water bill anymore.thanks

So so, every time totally packed guys on gate very rude at all time, if they do not like what they do, let their bosses know it.

It is good not too many people. It would be nice if you had probationers work there to help senior citizens like myself unload. Had to unload myself while 2 employees watched!
