Citrus Bails in NASA Rd 1 is AWEsome. The staff is attentive, professional, and talented. I prefer to make an appointment, but they take walk ins as well!

Made appointment for 10 am no one in got sat down. Did not have someone till almost an hour later, others sat and seen before they got to me. Not happy. I have been going to CN about 2 years regularly and they dropped the ball.

I'd give this place a zero if I could. The ladies working on my nails were very nice. The young lady at the desk however, was abrasive. The shellac on my nails began peeling within a week.

I received a pedicure and manicure service at Citrus location in NASA Rd 1. Ashley did my nails and she did an amazing job! She is very sweet and attentive. I definitely recommend her for your next visit. Hailey provided my pedicure service and she was also great!

For some reason the last 2 times that I went in to get my nails done they thought that I wanted just a Polish set, I'm a grown woman I like to have my nails done. And then when I mentioned that I wanted nails the nail Tech was upset after that and he had an attitude. I did leave this place 5 stars at 1st because I really liked it and it was nice clean eat the people were friendly but after the last 2 times that I went in there I felt like I was treated like trash. Like they really did not want to attend me, Unfortunately they lost another customer. I hope they don't treat everyone like this. I go in and I spend money, So there is no reasons for me to feel discriminated.

Love this place! Always have a great experience. They are not the cheapest place around, but they always do a fabulous job

I think this place does great work, BUT their policy is that they take their last customer at 6: 30. I walked in at 6: 29 and they refused to service me! I'm extremely disappointed!

On my birthday I go to get a shellac manicure and pedicure. As I'm getting a pedicure the technician cuts one foot's toe nails fine the other foot she cut so short it hurt and was uneven and the meat of my toe was showing. I stopped her and told her I didn't want my toes painted, because of how bad they looked. Even though she hurt me. I still got charged for a unfinished pedicure. I asked to talk to a manager and the front guy told me I could talk to him and he said "oh well we cut short, I'm sorry about that" what the hell is that even supposed to mean? I want to really talk to a manager cause the job was very unacceptable and you don't physically hurt someone.

Over priced for the crappy work they did on me. The lady cut me and massed up on a nail, then later on tried to charge me for the part they messed up on! Unacceptable. Do not waste your time or money here. Very lovely place for sucky employees.

A friend recommended this salon and it was in my neighborhood. I made an appt but had to wait about 15 min on a fri morning. They were packed! Then I got a very unfriendly manicurist. She was quick to tell me to move my drink, moved the massage chair controls out of reach and was not gentle. I told her it was my first time there but when she quickly got done she didnt show me where to dry my nails. She was very curt and not into her job. My friend who had been a patron for 3 yrs had a similar experience 2 wks prior and so did her daughter! We are never going back!

Awesome place. Not smelly with high chemicals like other places. They are kind & gentle. Friendly too! Great for girls day out, too.

Tea is my favorite nail tech. She always does a great, clean job and my shellac lasts for about 3 weeks.

Not only did I have a great experience here, but they did my eyebrows PERFECTLY.

My daughter came with and got a little manicure and they were so sweet about her being antsy and bored during my pedicure.

One of the ladies talked to her and helped her find paper and pens to draw.

Also, I loved my pedicure!

Absolutely amazing! They are truly gifted individuals who take their time to do it right and are extreamly talented at the little details. They seem to really care about your overall experience and go above and beyond your expectations!

Clean and always a relaxing treat. Plus they open at 1030 and also offer a variety of types of mani/pedi options and colors.

My wife has been going here since it opened and loves it. It's become a anniversary/ birthday etc tradition for me to get her a gift card here. Great staff and they opened another location around Bay Area and 45

Very nice salon. Alot of drink choices, red/ white wine, champagne/ mimosas. Shellac mani and deluxe pedi came out to $98.00. Pretty pricey but worth the extra for a nicer atmosphere

Overpriced but worth the extras of atmosphere. Ingrown nail still hurt me couple days later so I called to see if I could come back. The owners response was "were not Doctors" WHAT? !? !?
This new customer will NEVER GO BACK!

Absolutely love the job they do on my nails! They never rush and my nails always look good more than 2 wks!
