City of Lubbock Municipal Court

Ammartinez was the name on the front desk. Extremely rude and judgemental very unprofessional. I walked up to front desk and before I could get a word out of my mouth she started assuming I did not have any money. I went to fill out a application for payment plan and she raised her voice at me for not putting down a reference. I stated I did not have any family or anyone in my life I had just moved to lubbock with nothing and noone. She raised her voice again saying WELL I NEED A REFERENCE OR YOU CANT MAKE PAYMENTS THEN.instead of acting like a decent human being she was very rude about everything. I ended up paying in full and she asked me again like she did in the beginning. "But do you have enough money". Horrible person ugly inside and out. She needs to be fired and pick a job that doesn't involve customer interaction.

The lady is rude and childish and honestly kind of stupid. She didn't help my brother told him he had nothing when he did and didn't ask when he was born just his name and then said nothing is there.

The women are nice. The two officers when you walk in are super cool. I had a good experience while visiting this place.

Seriously.a citation for parking in disabled parking? What about the other 2 vehicles next to me that aren't handicapped but parked here? ! It's a run down hotel, everyone parks here cause it's where the cameras get the best angle on vehicles.yall more worried about that then the people who broke into my truck.wow. Good job

This place gives you a court date then isn’t open on the date, or opens way later then what they say they’re going to be open. Need to step up their professionalism

Long lines, they take their sweet time and act like they are better than the people. Avoid at all cost.

The girl was incredibly rude and was not helpful in explaining how to mail forms. I don’t live in Lubbock and she was rude about the entire situation.

Firstly the name is very misleading, this is clearly not a municipal, there are also no courts at all, nowhere to hoop (me and my friends have been looking for a basketball court in Lubbock and this aint it), no food court and no quarts of milk. Would rate a 0 if it were an option.

They never answer the phones. You will wait on hold and then it will hang up on you. And when you finally get through you can hear that someone picked up but then they hang up. They don’t care about helping others

The workers are confused. Can y’all please train them on what’s going on and how to talk to people. This isn’t common sense to some people. It’s not everyday you go to court.

I went there today and the sign says closed at 12-1 and when I called they said closed 11: 45-1 very inconvenient when I got there at 11: 50 to pay my ticket real quick. They need to update their sign so it’s more accurate and people don’t waste there time

It’s awesome the staff is great and friendly. Especially Michelle she was so helpful it was just a dream visit nothing more to say.
