City of Pearland Municipal Court

Our police department and judges are peace makers and I really believe most are for you and not against you. I have lived here for years and feel protected and have found them to be friends and great neighbors. The staff at the department is top notch.

I am a Lawyer and I can say that this Court is so organized and helpful. Everyone who works there is so professional! It is always a pleasure to practice in this Court.

They do not allow enough time to get your citation taken care of, it’s if you don’t make the payment then we will put you as guilty and you pay the ticket and it will go on your record. This is not fair at all, someone needs to make some changes.

I went up to the court to turn in my speeding ticket and do defensive driving but the cop had not turned my ticket in in a timely manor so they moved my court date to the end of the summer when the initial court date was supposed to be on June the 27th.horrible service, they need better communication.very disappointed.

First let me start by saying I'm usually very anti anything law enforcement so you can definitely take this review seriously. I had court today and Not only was the judge fair and kind to everyone no matter what their charge was, but she took her time to talk to me and to get personal with me and to really hear what I had to say and I appreciate that. While I'm at it I'd also like to add that all of the clerks and all of the police officers in the building were polite and helpful. Also while I'm at it I'd like to say that anytime I have had any communication or encounters with Pearland PD, I've always been treated kindly fairly and with respect and I have been in the wrong each time. It's very hard to find police officers who respect the situation you're in even though you're breaking the law.

Run by crooks that don’t care about anything besides leeching as much money off of you as possible.

At least when I went everyone working there were very curtiouse. Just what a convenient that when fighting my ticket they 1st stated that they had video recordings, and when I tried to dispute all sudden the video recording was lost.
