City Window Tinting, Killeen TX

I moved from Oklahoma to Texas. In Oklahoma, your tint can be 5% no problem. However, in Texas, it has to be 25% for you to register your license plate. It's when they do that inspection thing. The shop responds fast from Yelp messaging and they got mine done the next day. I got the level 2 tint since he has UV protection which is a little bit more however never one is just black and no protection so it's worth it.

Brought my C6 Z51 in on 25 July 2023.
Ceramic all the way around.
70% front windshield
30% driver/passenger
5% rear glass

Owner told me that with direct sunlight like what were getting currently in TX will raise the tint to around 26-28% for the sides so I’ll still be legal. Very informative and professional.

Overall wait time was some lunch and a brief nap.

First car I’ve owned that I’ve had to get tinted and the price was in my ball park. Let’s just say shy of $700 for old tint removal first then new ceramic tint.

But the quality is unmatched especially with the lifetime warranty for failed tints including bubbles etc.

Just called these guys a day later after my car has been sitting in the sun to thank them for a job well done

They did an excellent job. They explain and show me what the different percentage of tints would look like on my car.and how much hotness it block by filling their hot machine.
