Terrible!
I had them scheduled to Rough clean my New Chick-fil-a in Kingsville on Saturday as it needed to be 100% Clean by this morning Monday a m.
Saturday they told me that they couldn't make it until Sunday at around 11 a m. They didn't show up so I called Silvia multiple times and she did not answer or returned calls. I finally got her to answer Sunday at around 12: 30. She said they would be here in an hour. 7 hours passed and still no cleaning crew. I must have called her 12 times. Sent her text messages. Left voice mails, and sent her emails and she never responded.
I Don't need her now and never will. I hope you out there stay away from this Cleaning Service.
