Jackie is so sweet! She was very helpful, and there’s a bigger selection of body jewelry at this location!
ABSOLUTELY NOT. A girl was buying squishmallows there today, had the squish item IN HER HAND, employee came over and told her she needed it and took it from the customer then hid it under the counter for herself to buy. I know these items are popular but REMOVING IT from a customers hand? ! Absolutely shameful. Customer was just in shock like.are you serious?
Girl that was piercing ears march 29 evening time gave alot of attitude rolled her eyes when i said here for daughters piercing you would think people would act more polite for the job they are working for better attitude if you dont like giving good customer service then why work there especially at a mall hope they fix this didnt end up getting it anyways
Took my granddaughter for second ear piercing and it was very clean and sanitized. Fast and friendly customer service.
Overpriced for cheaply China made items. The staff for the most part are usually very young & clueless. Not their fault but not for me either.
My friend had her ears peirced here today. The lady did a great job. Very clean, talked us through everything. I just felt bad for her because she was basically running the place by herself. Having to stop and check people out while trying to do the piercing too. She deserves a raise or atleast not to be working by herself.
Staff seems ok. But when I ask to get Free ear pierce they said its going to be with ear rings from 19.99- 100$. Like I thought they said like to get free ear pierce get earrings worth 19.99 and up. But i was wrong.
I spent like some time looking at ear rings there to match up at least 20$. After that i said can i get free ear pierce now. Nope i have to get the one that they have to hand it to u like on some board.
I wish they explain it right to be honest. Like sure to get free pierce u have to get at least these ear rings (shows board to me). And explain whats standard and rapid is. Btw tiny ear ring that looks like a dot was the 19.99 for standard. Rapid is 30.00
I was going to get my cartilage pierced there and when I asked about a week ago they said I need my passport or birth certificate to show that I am of age so I went there with my birth certificate which clearly state I was old enough and then they said I needed an ID. Like first of all they told me I need my passport or birth certificate, not an ID. So of course I was upset about that but then the lady who was working there gave me attitude about it. I didn’t even say anything about the situation that made her act that way. So I then proceeded to another place to get my cartilage pierced and I was able to get it done. I know places have different policies and all but they told me I just needed a passport or birth certificate no ID so it was kind of miss leading. Claires is a decent place overall but that was just my experience.
Both my girls have had their ears pierced here one at 9 months last year and one this year at 3 months.
This store offers cute jewelry, hair accessories, stuffed animals, purses, and more. They cater to the young feminine crowd. Also, to the young at heart. They routinely have clearance sections. The staff is often young people that are busy with their own thing. I do worry about the fact that they offer ear piercing services. However, their stock is generally very cute. A tad pricey, though. My little sister loved it all.
Critically expensive for things that shouldn't be that much and have very fragile items. Wasn't every acknowledged by owners.
