3 I went there to get ear pierce done, firstly the lady who did the piercing act like she has problem, she didn't talk, unfriendly. But when i finish she turned all the way around, i was like confused lol
But anyway such a good service, still wait till it healed ~
Terrible experience, i was ready to checkout at 6: 15pm, the heavyset lady with bright colored eyes and reddish orange hair) was sitting at the entrance talking to someone angry for a while, in a gossip-ey way. My granddaughter and i had some things ready to checkout for over 13 minutes, i went and let her know after about 7 minutes that we were ready to checkout nicely and she answered rudely "ill go over there when IM ready" we waited another 6 minutes and kept looking over to see what she was doing she was "wiping" the same counter the ENTIRE time and talking to her friend. I felt so bad for my grandbaby, she said "its okay granny, we dont have to buy them thankyou for trying" so we nicely put the things back up where we got them since we know she was having a bad day already, and left. I already ordered all 4 lol dolls online so thats fixed but i wish the lady couldve left her problems outside the door because there was a different lady that left too right before us idk if for the same reason but hopefully she feels better next time.
She got her ears pierced today. Super fast process. Fill out the paperwork, bring ID if your child is under age.
