Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Made my 1.5 year old very comfortable during her ear piercing
Martha was so kind and patient with us- she gets 5/5 stars. We were looking for earrings to use when my daughter gets her ears pierced this week. We were not looking to get the piercing done at Claire’s (our personal choice is with tattoo/piercing shops) and she was totally respectful of that. She grabbed a bin to look for some that we saw online but not out. There was a discount online for some items so we were able to order online from my phone and do a pickup to get the online discount. Then got some clearance winter items with a B3G3 deal. Martha answered lots of questions for us. Picking first set of earrings can be overwhelming and can take awhile but we were not rushed. Two other people came in while we were there and she was pleasant with them too. So it was quiet and not crowded at all. It is a little bit of a tight space if there are many people in there. We backed into displays multiple times so this location is not ideal for crowds, or wheelchairs, etc.so unfortunately that keeps it from getting a 5/5 total.
But, after going first to the Claire’s on marketplace where we were basically told to go look elsewhere (that woman did not like that we wanted to go to a piercing shop instead of using a service like at Claire’s), we were so happy to have a pleasant experience at Claire’s in the Richland Mall. Thank you to Martha!
“Manager” had me waiting for 20 minutes, seen me waiting and went back to stocking the store. And I purchased white gold earrings 2 times without getting a piercing. And the “manager” did not want to give me the earrings. Worse customer service from a manager EVER
Got my ears pierced at Clairs. I appreciated the lady's attention to detail and the great selection of starter earrings I could choose from.
Employees were standing in the door chatting and was very hard to get around them into the store.
I went in to purchase a lip ring they didn't have a good selection at all. This is the one located in the mall. The one I purchased was $20, I feel was over priced.
Never had such horrible customer service from a manager before. As someone who works in customer service daily, she was rude and treated me as if I was the employee and she was the customer yelling at me. I simply went in to ask about a return policy another associate told me when a made a purchase, only to be yelled at. Will never be returning to Claire’s ever again, no wonder why their store is always empty.
3 workers stood at the door and wouldn’t let anyone in without a mask. Losing a lot of service. Employee’s were rude about it. Won’t be going back to this location
