The service desk is very good.i was very disappointed a few weeks ago, when i was changing a flat on front tire.i noticed all the grease pockets on tie rods were dry.i've been bringing my truck here for all it's services from day 1.i told the service desk this last trip in last week.just wanted you to know.

I've bought vehicles here twice and have never been disappointed. The service department is always dedicated to excellence in a clean and inviting atmosphere.

Mike did a great job and was on top of everything throughout the process. Everyone was very courteous. Excellent buying experience.

Even though they didn't have my part in stock and I had to stand there and wait for the gentleman to finish his phone call, he answered my questions and gave me a price for the part I was asking about and was very professional and polite.

Vivian showed excellent customer appreciation for what we wanted in our new vehicle purchase. Juan in finance worked up a good deal on the start. Then after careful consideration of the structure of our loan he was more than willing to restructure our loan after we asked for a restructure that we felt would better fit our needs. Everything was handled with a smile and courtesy. We think we have found a dealership that we can grow with.

I purchased a used vehicle, had a great experience with Tristan. Everyone was extremely helpful. This is the first car purchase that I actually enjoyed and felt that they paid attention to what I was looking for and it was perfect.
When I needed service I reached out and they got a time arranged and Tristan was right there with a vehicle for me to drive that day so I didn't have to miss work. Great group of people, it a little out of the way but worth the drive.

We dealt with a few dealerships before this one and were not having a good experience buying our first car. I contacted Cleburne and they were responsive, answered all of our questions and were upfront about pricing. The whole experience was easy and not at all stressful. Scott was our salesman and I really appreciated how he handled everything. We will definitely buy more cars here in the future.

Although I live nearer to another GMC Dealship. I prefer Classic Buick because of their great customer services.

I love coming to Classic GMC of Cleburne! Most friendly staff and service department! I sent my daughter with her car and she didn’t have any troubles what so ever. She said mom I had no clue what they were talking about so she asked the lady to write it down for her! Thank you for going the extra mile to make sure my 17 year old daughter is safe on the roads! Purchased my vehicle from this dealer on 5/15/2020. Still waiting for permanent license plates. I understand that with the affects of Covid19 that state offices are working with a limited staff but 3 months wait is a little excessive.

From the beginning of the sale, through to the end, Mike did a fantastic job! He asked all of the right questions, to make sure I found exactly what I needed in a vehicle! He was very friendly, personable, and all around nice guy! It didn’t feel rehearsed, like a typical car salesman, thank you Mike for helping me today!

LeAnn was so wonderful helping me. I had contacted LeAnn on the phone to see if the Blazer was still available that I found online. She assured me that it was an answered all my questions that I had. She even talked to our lady at our bank to find out exactly what they needed to earn our busy. Then we drove over 200 hundred miles to buy our blazer. They stayed late to wait on us to arrive. Web site shows $39.99 for oil change, scheduled, drove there and was told It would be around $69, service was prompt and people courteous. In town found out the service was around $25.

We were not pressured by a salesman looking for a quick sell. Instead we were told to take our time, look, ask questions, go for test drives.which we did all of the above.
Financing was just as easy to work with and everything was explained. They stayed late and worked with us very well.truly a great home town experience.

I’ve called several times trying to get in contact with a manager. One of your employees almost rear ended me in the parking lot going to chili’s. You would think since they are driving a work vehicle they would be more cautions. You could of totaled my vehicle!

I actually traveled all the way to Classic Chevrolet of Cleburne from Fort Worth to sell my car. I had a great experience with them and I actually bought a truck from them. This is my first truck and I got a really good deal from them. Jared Hall helped me find the right truck for me and he guided me with all the new features in the new Chevy Silverado. I really appreciate him staying late for me to close the deal. The best part is they value their customers even after selling the vehicle which is great. Thank you Jared.

Good dealership, has gotten too big, watch out for finance guys, they will try to pull the wool over your eyes.
