Amazing Service!

My wife & I woke up to a broken AC unit this morning (Sunday). Started calling AC companies around 11am to see if anyone could come out And fix it today. I called 4 companies that I see driving around town in their perfectly wrapped trucks, who advertise emergency service on the same day. 2 companies couldn’t come until Tuesday, one never answered my calls, and the other told me they’d call me back, which took 2 hours.

I remembered using Classic a year ago, and should have remembered immediately. As soon as I called them, they took my info, told me they had a tech on call and they would gather info, and setup a call, and call me back. They called back within 15 minutes and told me Ty would be enroute and on-site in 25 minutes.

Ty arrived around the expected time, entered the house with his PPE on, and got right to work. He found the issue in the attic. It was a short in the thermostat wire. Initially it appeared to be a fried circuit board. It also seems that the heater and AC unit have been running simultaneously for a few months and putting a lot of strain on the unit. After the short was fixed, everything ran fine.better than before in fact as my heater isn’t running anymore while my AC runs. Ty didn’t try to up sell me for anything I didn’t even need. In fact I asked him about the monthly program they offer for maintenance and he told me I wouldn’t need to worry about that until we reach about 10 years on the system. I was charged for a standard service maintenance call. No additional charges.

All in all, amazing service from a company who values the customers like they’re family. I won’t ever use anyone else. Highly Recommended!

Our old unit that had been limping along, finally died. Classic was extremely responsive to our request for a quote. The quote was very reasonable for a respected brand. Classic was able to install quickly, and the installation process went very smoothly. We were very pleased with the company from start to finish and will definitely be using them for our heating and air needs.

I called because my system wasn't cooling properly repairman showed up which was nice we talked about replacing unit he showed me the price what he would charge to replace system. More than twice almost three times what the next guy replaced it for.also over charged me by a lot to replace a few parts.wooo I almost got took.glad I waited for the next guy

Great company! Awesome Customer Service from start to finish. The service technician Michael was very knowledgeable and truly had our best interests at heart. When our air conditioning went out, they arrived when promised and completed the job in a timely manner. They were very professional and provided a clear explanation of what was needed and the costs involved. I am very pleased and will definitely use this company for my future A/C service needs.

I cannot say enough about Classic Heating and Air! I have owned several homes and my father in law was in the HVAC business for many years, but the value and knowledge provided by Dak, Michael, Joe and others is unmatched. They solved a problem that three other contractors couldn't and left us feeling good about the money we spent with them. You are selling yourself short using anyone else!

Multiple companies stated they are booked up until next week, a friend referred me to Classic and they came out the same day! Fixed up in less than an hour and a half, can’t recommend them enough!

Daniel Turner did a great job diagnosing the issue when my AC went out. He ordered the parts and was able to fix the system within 12 hours to get it back up and running. Highly recommend Classic Heating & Air.

Have used these guys since I moved in a few years ago and discovered my 15 year old furnace needed replacing. They did a great job on that and I now have them out twice a year for routine checkups. Danny Turner has always been the representative and he's very knowledgeable and friendly. Goes above and beyond to point out potential issues without trying to hard sell. Very happy with these guys.
