I give them one star because they have bad service in the parts services department, my husband ordered parts from this Kia Ase manufacturer for 3 weeks and they always tell him that the parts have not arrived, he spent more than 200 dollars and the department staff about parts they respond badly to you as if you were going to ask for things for free, very bad service and a lot of delay in receiving the parts

Tyler Conn at Classic Kia helped me find the best 2023 Kia Sportage on the lot & gave me the best deal! Couldn’t have had such a smooth process without him! My vehicle has been there for 4 weeks just for a diagnostic test. Wrong information was entered and the test was never done. Everyone there is very nice but the organization issues has cost me a lot of money.

0 stars. My 2022 telluride has been in the shop for a problem with the differential, that was at no fault of mine, for over 3 weeks. They couldn’t provide a rental or loaner. They provide little to no updates. I’ve had to call multiple times a week to just get any information. Lastly, I still don’t have my car. Seems like the blind is leading the blind around there.
