Anthony was awesome. Worked a final deal over the phone, and ill admit it wasnt what i wanted but after calling 15 other dealerships he offered what they all wouldnt. Overall i am very pleased with my purchase and they had me in and out in about 2hrs. Id recommend Anthony if you are in the market for a new or used Kia!

My experience was truly amazing service from start to finish. I arrived for my appointment to get a full synthetic oil change & was greeted right away as my car was entered in the system. The communication was amazing and the wait was a normal wait time (which is hard to find at dealerships these days, my previous one took almost 3 hours every oil change). They detailed my car for me and pulled it right up to the door. It looked great and is still running smooth. I will definitely be back for my next one!

I have been to every kia in dallas this is the only 1 that someone asked us "how can we help" And ment it

My review stands firm however this is a message to the (owner) ever since the purchase I have got a bunch of lies from your team and have never met a person as disrespectful as Mr Andrea in finance and my self I'm from NY so to be able to say that about someone in dallas tx says alot like I told your manager Mr hash that I spoke to kia hq and they told me ikon is a 3rd party and is not required to be purchased and paid for as I find it to be very invasive and do not want it in my car when sold it we were sold it as kia connect (access) but it's not when speaking to Mr Hash he put me on hold came back a few mins later said to me "I spoke to our gm and he says we do not have to do anything kia hq asks us to do as they have not a thing to do with us However we will work with you and get it taken off your loan" when talking to Andrea in finance he was disrespectful enough to bang on a showrooms cars windshields tags saying its not something I'll remove off your finance no matter what anyone tells you. Making ur gm and Mr hash dishonest as I was already told by them it will be removed from your finance again this is to the (owner) soon as Mr Andrea complye with what Mr hash and gm have told me even confirmed at the end of the call this will be edited and removed from this review again am firm with the first review as my sales rep was great even hash was a good person as he didn't scream across the showroom when Andrea banged on the windshield walking away from the conversation even leaving hash looking at him like (did he really just do that) look on his face now as the owner will you be responding to this or is andreas training in ur dealership that came from your training for customer service?

The quickest car buying experience I have ever been apart of and we had our 3 year-old with us. We were in and out in just a couple of hours and everyone was very helpful and friendly. The best customer service!

Schedule an appointment with Anthony Young (good dude, straight shooter) sales team. Shopping cars for my daughter and with clear financial expectations and just a small amount of back n forth we closed the deal. Anthony even asked if he could help deliver it for her surprise present. You SHOULD go see him if you’re in the market for a Kia, and not the typical BS …

Stephen Cantrelle was one of the best Sales/Customer Service personal we have met. Straight forward and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. We were making our first purchase in US and he did great by taking us for a test drive, explaining what things meant, the process, the features etc,
Despite the fact that we didn't end up buying the car due to certain reasons, we appreciated the gesture and the manner he handled the situation.

Great experience buying a new vehicle. The entire process was very easy. Customer service is obviously the forefront at Classic. Would recommend anyone in Texas and surrounding states to make their way to Classic Kia for their next vehicle. Well worth the drive from Oklahoma.

Stephen was a great salesman showing the features of the car and answering all my questions. I really like that he did not pressure me to make the sale right away and was very open to a fair deal. We are definitely coming back to him for my wife's ev9 inbrhe future.

The service department does good, honest work. Staff always does right by me, even when they have to deliver bad news. My AC went out and unfortunately was just out of warranty. They got the new compressor in quickly and had it installed and ready for pick up the same day. This was middle of July, triple digit heat day. And the maintenance guys don't work in AC. My only weird nag is you can schedule an appointment two weeks away for Friday morning, but it ain't even getting looked at until Monday. Fortunately, the repair guys are top notch and got it done fast. And the service reps will communicate with you throughout the whole process. I'll admit, I got sold a lemon from a different Kia dealership in the metroplex, but the Carrollton Service Department does a good job with correcting all the issues that have arisen from my vehicle over the time I've owned it.

Terrible Experience at Classic Kia Carrollton

I recently had a truly terrible experience at Classic Kia Carrollton, and I feel compelled to share my negative encounter with others considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. From misleading information to outright deception, my experience with this dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Firstly, I purchased a tow hitch package from the seller, expecting all the necessary parts to be included. However, to my dismay, I later discovered that crucial components, such as the harness wires and the trim cover for the hitch, were not available from the car maker. The seller conveniently failed to mention this crucial information during the sales process. When I contacted the car maker to inquire about an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for these missing parts, they suggested reaching out to the dealership for a refund. However, when I attempted to contact the seller, I was met with complete silence and was essentially ghosted. This lack of transparency and abandonment of responsibility is unacceptable.

Furthermore, Classic Kia Carrollton sold me a protection package that allegedly included dent repairs. However, when I discovered some dents on my newly purchased vehicle and sought assistance, I was shockingly informed that they would not be repairing the dents. This is a clear case of false advertising and a blatant breach of trust. It is incredibly disappointing to be misled about the services included in a protection package, only to be left high and dry when seeking assistance.

Given my experience, I decided to file an official complaint with the car maker (Kia America), hoping that they would intervene and rectify the situation. It is unfortunate that such measures had to be taken to address the dealership's lack of integrity and customer service.

However, in the spirit of fairness, I am willing to update this review if Classic Kia Carrollton takes the initiative to rectify the issues I have mentioned. I hope they can acknowledge their mistakes, address the concerns, and provide the necessary solutions. It's crucial for any business to take responsibility for their actions and prioritize customer satisfaction. I sincerely hope Classic Kia Carrollton can salvage this situation and restore my faith in their dealership.

Very good experience. Service advisor, Dave, was great. Shuttle driver, John, was very pleasant. I wasn't sure what to expect with all the hubbub about the class action lawsuit but I was extremely impressed.
