Took 3 days to get an answer for a 21" circular water cutoff cover for my front yard, still no answer. Poor business practice. BTW, still no answer

Awesome little concrete place. Had the perfect fountain for me and Mary was so sweet. Even came our in heat and broght an umbrella to help from the hot sun. Maybe because of our handicapped appearance and age. Lol. Dont think so. Just genuinely polite. Don't have that much these days

Mike and Mary were so helpful and kind. Huge selection to choose from. We love our bird bath and statues. We live in McKinney and it was well worth the drive! Definitely be back!

I went to this place and tried to get a hold of somebody but they never answered the phone or anything and it said that they were open. But I went online and checked the prices out and there's no way that I could afford any of the stuff anyway so I went somewhere else

Paid $2500 for fountain. Waited 3 weeks for them to get time to install it last Friday. Did not work correctly to start and by the next morning it was worse. 2 days later the water flow is as in the pictures (barely coming out). When I called to have them come repair it they gave me a bunch of excuses why it must be my fault its not working. I had to threaten to sue them to get them to come back out. Evidently there is no warranty on their products. I had a technician come check it out and he stated that the pump was too small or defective. Not enough gallons per minute. I relayed this info to them but they blew me off again. Waiting to hear from them on when they will come back and make the repair or replace the product. I don't see how this company has 4 stars. I agree with some other reviews here on Google, their customer service from start to finish was horrible. Update: The people did come out to repair. Poor attitude when they arrived. Did everything they could to try and get out of putting a new bigger water pump on it but finally did. Went from 300 gallons per hour to 320. Fountain is working adequately but not well. I understand that things don't always work right but getting mad at the customer for expecting the product to work correctly is inexcusable.

Here is my selected piece I bought at classic stone. I couldn't be happier with the final result. Mary the sales clerk was super nice and helpful. Will definitely come back for another piece!

Get your order in early for Christmas. They are kept pretty busy. Nice work on the Mary Statues.

Over priced items. Any thing I had an interest wasn’t available. So why are they on the sales area? Put them in the back. Not welcoming either. I would be a great customer if things were available. Some item I asked would be available may be even next year. What? Not going back

Went here to buy a bird bath on Saturday. Found which one we wanted and asked the lady working there about it. She started saying which ones all around it were sold.which was confusing since I was not asking about those and then said to give her a moment to check on the one I was asking about. I said sure no problem she then went inside and my husband and I waited outside. She then proceeded to help another woman who left buying nothing. So I went back in the trailer to check on the bird bath and she was on the phone so I patiently waited until she was off of the phone and don''t you know she walked right past me as if I didn't exist and asked another guy what she could help him with. I had been waiting a half hour to buy a bird bath that I had already picked out and asked about! At that point I left assuming they weren't really interested in making a sale or at least not to me! Turned out for the best Lowes carries concrete bird baths and we purchased a top for under $20!

A great place to buy bird baths, fountains, and yard decor. Kind of tucked away on the access road of 121. You may miss it if you blink.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.
We ordered a fountain which was about $1,300 total. Mary said she would order it along with other orders she would place.
Many months went by and no word. So I called to check on the status of our fountain.
She said it had not come in. (While waiting, we had another company do the electrical to have a switch to turn on and off for fountain and slab to place it on for our future fountain. $450.) Many more months go by. I call to check on the status. No answer, so I leave a message. No return call from Mary. I called many more times. No return call!
Finally had to drive over there. Talked to her and voiced our dissapointment. Got the feeling from her that she had not even placed the order for the fountain. We insisted she give back our money. Finally she did.
SOME KIND OF RACKET they are!
