Schedule an appointment to get my car serviced at 2: 30pm on 2/16/21. Arrived there 10 minutes prior to check in. Was there until 5: 45pm and car was never serviced. Had people who showed up after get their cars serviced and leave before me though.

Classic has always been able to answer my questions and get the parts I need quickly. I live in Longview and Classic BY FAR whoops Toyota of Longview. Their service and parts team members are great at communicating, desire to help, and work hard to get the answers needed.even when that means having to check into them. I drove from Longview to Tyler for basic parts because they are that much easier to work with.

I definitely had a great experience. Sam got me in the car of my dreams and Sara helped me understand all the bells and whistles it came with. This is my 3rd purchase from Classic and though I plan to keep this one for awhile I would most definitely return in the future!

Horrible service dropped my car off for bumper damage September 17th after two months it's still not repaired. I've heard multiple excuses, I wouldn't recommend their services if they were the only body shop in town. So disappointed.

Repair visit: $77 diagnostic fee! Not crazy about that! I had no appt so wait a little long. 2.5 hour s. I stay at dealership after using shuttle one time which involved another long wait. So i take a book. Otherwise the work is well done and i feel confident. I'm sure you can get cheaper but this is what works for me as senior citizen for standard care and repairs. Employees knowledgeable, nice. Anyway they have coffee and snacks and great chairs so.

Purchased a Tacoma here last weekend from Brent Hallford. Best car-buying experience I've ever had. Felt like I was treated fairly and got a great deal on the truck. He was not "pushy" at all, which is important to me. Will come back for my next vehicle purchase.

Absolute worst service experience of my life.

Bought a certified pre owned jeep from them- and not sure exactly what is so certified about it. Heat didn’t work- took a whole day for them to fix. The tires were mounted backwards- which originally was going to take an hour and a half for them to fix and after 3 HOURS still nothing. After 3.5 hours I finally get my Jeep back, and they don’t fix the spare tire. They tell me I can come back the next day.

If you plan on having any service done here other than an oil change- double the time they told you and add a headache.

When we arrived at Classic Toyota, Mason greeted us warmly and began helping us right away. We were not an easy case to deal with either. We came with two vehicles to trade in and a penny strong budget. After realizing a new vehicle would not work with the budget, he transferred desk managers and began working the numbers on a used option. Rather than passing us off to a different salesman, he stayed with us.picking the perfect used Sienna for me to test drive. When it was the right fit for us, Brent and Mason worked with us to create the perfect deal. With some give and take on both sides, we walked away with the perfect new-to-us family vehicle. We look forward to driving another Toyota for many many years to come!
