CLASSICS AUTO PAINT AND BODY, Midland TX

The shop was very professional good customer service, my 2007 Tahoe front end was destroyed. This company took good care of it. I would recommend them to anybody who wants to get service.

This place is very professional I had something happen and got a bubble in my paint after 3 years and they fixed it with no questions asked they're very courteous and they take pride in their work

Needed an estimate and it was fast. Great staff here. If you ever need a place this is the place to go.

If I hadn't had experience with getting cars repaired at other shops then I would think that what classic Auto did was good but since I have had experience dealing with other car repair shops and dealing with the men who own them this was a horrible experience being a disabled mother with a disabled son I chose this shop because it's owned by a family member biggest mistake I made it took them 2 months to get the parts to repair my car by then I had no rental car and was taking Ubers I was informed that I should have been contacting the Classic Auto people to keep them reminded that my car was in the shop and it wasn't fixed and I don't know what's going I finally get my car back the drivers window isn't working nobody knew that the window didn't work until I told them so I waited almost another month for them to get the part I found the part at the Cadillac house by then they had already gotten the part no invoice or anything on these parts my door still wasn't aligned right there was an attempt to paint the rear panel over the tire that was sad so I took it back they fixed the paneling over the tire they attempted to align the door when I get it back the back door still isnt in line properly and the inside paneling on the door is very loose so I go back and I tell him my door still isn't aligned right and my paneling on the inside of the door it's loose that's when I get to speech about how if you get a cut it's always going to leave a scar it will never be like it was in the beginning and how the employees aren't working well and how the owner would hate for me to bring my car back and they messed it up worse I paid my $400 deductible plus a extra 200 plus dollars because in the length of time that they had my car my battery went out plus the insurance payment of 13,000 plus dollars they were paid just for him to tell me there is no guarantee that the repair work that they're going to continue to do is going to be any better than what they've already done so now I have to come out of pocket to get the work done they weren't able to do

Larry, Ken and the entire Classics family are amazing! They had my car fixed and polished in less than 2 weeks. They kept me updated throughout that time, worked effectively with my insurance company and treated me like I was part of the Classics family. I 10/10 reccomend and will be a returning customer. I wanna give a big thanks to Mr. Kenn Gibbs and all of Classic’s employees for the hard work and end result on my truck which was a big project but they came through! I appreciate all y’alls hard work, and can’t wait to see what my Challenger looks like at the as well!

Brought both of our trucks due to me (wife) wreaking both of my husbands trucks at the same we got one of the trucks back in 3 days! The other truck should be done shortly! Turnaround time is amazing! Staff is super helpful and friendly one of the girls even offered to come in on Saturday (their day off, so I could pick up my truck) when I didn’t think i would meet their closing time on Friday evening.
I Highly recommend it’s a 5 from me!

I was in accident and Classics Auto Paint And Body took care of me since the time I dropped off. Ken helped me file my claim n got rental set up. The staff is amazing on giving updates and letting you know what is going on. The whole staff from the ones that worked on my car to the office staff do an amazing job. Brought my truck here for some body repair and maintenance. Spoke with Ken and he took care of everything for me. Got my truck back good as new. Did an amazing job and would highly recommend them!

This place gave us a horrible experience, we had our 2018 vehicle with less than 50,000 miles backed into and the responsible party insurance had us go here. When we initially dropped it off on a Tuesday were told they’d have it back to us same day. Got called at 5: 10 on a Friday saying our vehicle was ready for pick up and needed to be there before 5: 30. My wife went Monday to pick up vehicle and check engine light was on. Waited while they “fixed” the problem, then got back in car to realize the A/C wasn’t working and check engine light was still on. Finally they “fixed” these 2 issues, then inspecting the actual damage that was “repaired” it came back worse than what we took it in. Bumper was not replaced right, there are more scratches that weren’t there before, and missing parts of the bumper. Father in law had same experience here, we had hope that we would get something different and they failed us. Please save your time, money, or other people’s money. DON’T GO HERE.

This is the WORST car repair service we have ever experienced in our lives. Our car needed fixing and when we asked for estimate, they said it can be done in a week. A week has passed, they said the part they need hasn’t been delivered yet. Fine, I guess, even though they said that’s part of the week period they promised. 2 weeks passed and parts finally got delivered. It’s been another 2 weeks since then and it’s still not fixed. We called everyday for updates and they say they’ll call us back. Guess what? No call back. They said it’ll be ready the next day. Guess what? Still not ready. They even made us come in to pick it up. Guess what? STILL NOT FIXED. It’s been a month. This shop is the worst and the very definition of UNPROFESSIONAL. I DO NOT recommend them.

Classic’s is more than just a body shop. My AC went out and after shopping around at many places, Classic’s was the most competitive in pricing. It may seem strange to get an AC fixed by a Body Shop, but I spoke with one of the guys in the shop and his assessment of my Ford and his experience with working on them assured me that these guys were Jacks of many trades. When I went to pick up my truck, the AC was fixed and blowing air, but the heat on the passenger side was not working. Ken went out of his way to fix the minor mistake they missed on the AC. It was prioritized and fixed in one day. I appreciate the great service and would recommend them to others.
