Classroom Uniforms, El Paso TX

All was good then all of a sudden an order is suppose to be ready and I have been ghosted. I have people waiting for their designs this cause more delays on my end then expected on top of the fact she already had screens ready to go. Now I am in the process of finding a new printer and doing the painful design setup process all over again with mew screen fees since I have had to find a new designer. Communication has been poor. Would not reccomend.

If your hours say Monday -Friday 9: 30-6: 30 on the door, why are you closed on a Friday at 5: 00 pm?

From the time I called to get info regarding uniforms and services I was impressed. EXCELLENT customer service talk about feeling welcomed. This place felt like home with the love and kindness we received while there. Really lovely experience!

She will give you lots of exuses for not having your stuff ready. I understand they have lots of orders to take out, but at lease she could be honest with the customer regarding the date the staff will be ready.

I have relied on this place for 2 years now and I am going to stick to them. They are reliable and professional. The ladies that run this shop are very nice.

Time is exactly 2: 02pm and store is closed when it clearly states Saturday's they close at 3: 00pm

Owner is really nice and helpful. I love that they have uniform dri-fit polos for girls that are cute and stylish. The uniform skirts’ and dresses’ style differ from other stores. Will definitely keep buying from here!

I have been a very loyal customer since my daughter was in Kinder, they have a loyal customer. Also, very happy that their business is growing. With lots of love.

Didnt get anything from here because they say it closes at 3 on a Saturday arrived at 2: 30 & it was closed this is very unprofessional if you are closing early change your dam hours.

I called Friday to inquire if they are going to open Saturday as announced online. A lady informed me they don't always open on Saturdays but they could open the store for me if I was coming by. She asked around what time I was planning in going I told her 10-10: 30am. She said okay, call this number and ask for Amanda so she can open the store. I called and left Amanda a voicemail, no return call, called again no answer and finally sent a text. Never did she return my calls or my text. I lost a lot of time waiting when someone could of just said we are not opening. I guess they thought just a few uniform pants not worth the effort of opening or calling back. Going elsewhere to buy uniforms. Not planning in buying there in the future.

Amanda and her staff at The Classroom show us that excellent customer service and a commitment to putting out quality work are key to keeping clients coming back. I’ve been going to The Classroom for my daughter’s school uniforms for the past 3 years and every year they go above and beyond. If they don’t have a size, they order it and go out of their way to special order hard to find sizes and colors, not to mention their embroidery is neat, clean and crisp. This year she even embroidered my daughter’s name on her backpack! Kudos to you and your team Amanda, you have earned a customer for life!

First I placed an order for two school shirts with the school logo, they told me it was going to be available the next day. A week later I finally get the phone call that the shirts were in. I stopped by at 6pm to pick them up and they were closed. They closed 30 mins early.

Edit: So after talking to the owner she apologized and explained that she was out of town. The owner is a nice person so for this I'll give them another chance.

I'm going on almost 3 weeks waiting for polos and jackets when I ordered I was told it would take a week and half at the most. Calls are being ignored and the 2 times I've been by the store in the 2 weeks there out on a delivery during business hours.

Call and asked for specific colors of shirts.said they had them. Got there and only had 2/3 colors. No big deal. But ended up having to drive somewhere else.
