Wonderful florist! Easy to work with and great customer service. I made a last minute order for a funeral spray and they were very prompt and able to determine exactly where the flowers needed to be delivered with the limited information I had about the funeral arrangements.

I ordered some flowers for pickup today, Mothers Day. Their website indicated that despite normally being closed on Sunday, that they would be open on Mothers Day. This order was placed 2 days ago.

I got a call this morning stating they were closing at 3 pm, even though the website allowed me to place an order for pickup at 330 pm. Okay, already annoying, but I'll just change my plans around.

I called them back and was told the shop was already closed. It's only about 145 pm. Their customer service then tries to act as though I'm the one that messed up. And that thy messed up on THEIR website means I'm not entitled to a refund.

After threatening to go to the BBB if they don't refund me immediately after all this. I'm told the shop itself will call me back asap to see if I can still get my order today.

At this point, regardless of whether I get my order today or not, I will not be ordering from them again. I suggest you don't either since they clearly have no qualms about stealing from their customers.

Update: I did get my flowers. It was after hours customer service being bad. I'm still mad, but credit where it's due. Their customer service needs better training.

Called for last minute flowers for sympathy. Took my order over the phone, nice customer service, efficient and accurate. Delivery was faster than I expected. Thank You to the staff.

These are what I paid $180 for. This is terrible and an embarrassment. Do not order anything here!
