Walked in. 4 staff sitting, talking with each other. Older lady turns to me.turns back and speaks in their language to others. No one acknowledged that I’m standing at counter!
Awkward feeling!
I walk out. Someone comes to door and turns off the open sign. Door clearly states 9: 30a to 7: 00p M- Saturday! It’s 5: 11p!
Never again.
If you’re closing early.cool…No problem.
But please acknowledge customers!
