Still no response -It's been about 2 mouths I ordered a kit and still no response I've called, send email and never answered, anybody know a phone number that I can get a hold of them, (tryed the one on the website)

If zero could be possible it would be.this guy has zero communication skills. Almost 4k gone with no emails, no follow ups no nothing. Refunds are impossible because he probably spent it and probably gone blame ups that they lost the order. Don't believe all the hype probably his buddies are doing the 5 star reviews. Small business are not perfect but when you attempt nothing to gets things right it just shows your true colors. Pay the people Ross.

I have made a purchase for a complete atlas air ride setup, this company has received payment through affirm and after trying to get ahold of them every way possible I got one response a month later after I was going to dispute the order, no more after that, I have all the receipts and a attempted emails and texts to back this, the 24th of June will be 2 months since the order was placed, I still haven’t received anything from them, all I want at this point is to get my money back and be done with this company I don’t trust I will receive anything and also will be contacting airlift as well, along with a lawyer because by far this wasn’t a couple dollars but almost 3700.00 that in my eyes was stolen at this point

Had my install with this guy a while back and everything seemed fine and my setup looked great, or so I thought. Just recently my air line had a leak in it and I tried to contact classy on multiple occasions, text, call, email, website inquire but no response. After that I went with another local shop and to my surprise the hoses were supported by these cheap plastic clamps which didn’t last long, they had fallen off leaving my air line exposed. The hose then wrapped around my strut and shredded right open. Thankfully the other shop took care of me. Never again would I recommend classy to anyone, his other clients I’ve been told are having the same issues as me. No communication and poor installations.

Absolutely terrible experience with this business. I shipped my car to Ross (owner) he had the car for over a year. Communication deteriorated tremulously over that time period. I finally got frustrated with his lack of responses and flew to Texas to view the progress and he completely ghosted me and refused to let me see the vehicle. It took another month from that point to get the car shipped back and upon return the build had already fallen apart in transit. Terrible work done, horrible communication and no efforts made to make the situation right. Avoid this man and his business at all costs.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Starting off, I never once received word that my controller was on back order. Not until I reached out was I told, even after a week and a half. It got here late after already being able to fix my old controller. Their responses were pretty quick before once I finally reached out, however now needing to return said controller, they have no longer answered an calls, emails, or texts and it has been weeks with no answer back.
