Please do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership! The finance manager Jose Benitez, has repeatedly told me lies about my account. I purchased my Jeep at the end of May 2023, and it is now November 2023. The issue that I’ve been asking him about since June was just now handled. I tried to get in contact with several managers. I finally spoke to Fonzi today and he is just as bad as Jose. Do not waste your time dealing with this dealership!
They are always nice and helpful here at this location. I’ve been going for 3+ years for car service and maintenance and the one issue I had was resolved.
My first service visit at Clay Cooley was today, I came in for a transmission fluid flush on my 2008 Dodge Ram and was treated nicely by Jennah. Thanks for being a good people person! I will definitely be coming back even though I have another Dodge dealership 3 minutes from my house. I drove 20 minutes to come here and I'm good with this place for now on.

My service advisor Tony was absolutely fantastic! Even the other service advisor was extremely courteous and helpful as well. I don't know his name but his desk was behind Tony's and he had a medium length beard. Overall great experience! Will definitely be back!
The Service Advisor Tony is amazing! He is always helpful and so is Mr. Terry in the Parts Department! Those guys are always professional and make sure the job gets done in a timely fashion.

I have nothing to say about the sales agents, everything is the place of service. If you buy your car, make sure it is covered by your warranty. My car had a water pump failure. And because of that, it caused dirt to enter the antifreeze system. And that was not covered by the warranty, according to them, because there is dust in the engine, my car breaks down. He drives every day obviously it has to be dusty. And besides he wanted me to do the engine oil service again when it barely has 1,500 miles on it since its last service
