An oil change should not take two and a half hours. The person in the waiting room with me arrived before me, we both decided to check the status of our cars. They were finished keys on counter. No one was in service area. The cashier was helpful she found the work order and allowed me to pay and leave. I believe the whole service department went to lunch and left us hanging. Bottom line I will not return to your dealership for service.
Zach and Eric went above and beyond our expectations and got us in the exact car we wanted. No gimmicks no shady sales tactics and no trying to put us in a car we didn’t want. I am not going to write a long drawn out review. RUN FROM THIS PLACE! I am just going to say that they are just another typical shady car dealership. My salesman was less than helpful (Corey Wurlinger) and frankly kinda rude and smug.
They played the old fashion games the whole way. After playing their games with them for 2 days, I eventually had had enough, got angry and left. I called back and had the General Manager (Danny Easton) hang up on me, not very professional at all. Save yourself some grief and do the research before you go, you’ll be glad you did.

Took my honda for an oil change since i had just received coupons via email.john pena at the counter said no way, those coupons are for hyundai cars only.the coupon did not say that.i loved taking all our cars to nathan and phillip, since clay c has taken over- we are encouraged to go elsewhere for reliable auto maintenance with better customer service.i am regular customer there and was very disappointed i couldn’t use my $10 coupon that was sent to get me there.

The salesman said he was trying to get a package on my 2019 Hyundai like my 2017. I hate the back door opener. Not automatic. With 2 bad shoulders it doesn't work well for me. The 2017 had a lot more better features. When I told the salesman he started talking about the cargo net!
Be careful of the Service department they like to use the old bait and switch tactic on you. Everything was OK until I got to pay when they charged me for stuff I did not ask for or even need. The Service guy John kept arguing with me saying I signed the paper I told him I never asked for that. Looks like he hand wrote it in after I signed. When I demanded to speak to a manager he took it off the extra service then refused to honor my coupon I printed online. No apologies, no thank you nothing. Rude, rude, rude. I won't be getting my car work done here anymore.
I had checked out this dealership to see about financing a Nissan Altima. The sales person I talked to throughout the entire purchase was very helpful and was very reasonable in the pricing of the vehicle. Their finance department did an outstanding job in getting a lower rate than what I gotten through my bank. All in all, great service and outstanding customer service. I recommend Eric.
Purchased new Santa Fe here. Jayne Murphy was my salesperson. She was vey professional, answered my many questions and never made me feel pressured. General Manager Danny Easton introduced himself, welcomed me and made sure I was taken care of. Great experience and I would highly reccommend Jayne, Danny and this dealership.

It is always a pleasure, and a relief, to have my auto serviced by the technicians who work at Clay Cooley Hyundai of Rockwall, where the service is courteous, efficient, and fast. I know driving off the dealership property that I have received quality, expert care that gives me cause to bring my vehicle back, as needed, for reliable treatment.
I don't normally write reviews but these guys went well beyond the call of duty for me today. I showed up around 10am because my airbag light has come on my car. My concern was that it may be a faulty clockspring assembly since all of my steering wheel functions were acting erratic. Casey was polite waiting on me and got the car right into the shop. I accidentally left my wallet in the car so I had to go back and get it but she didn't make me feel bad having to help me get to my car which was already about to be serviced. I got a phone call back 2 hours later that my car was ready to be picked up. When I got there, they told me that the clockspring assembly warranty had been extended and that they also changed out all the other recall items on the car as well keeping me from having to make a future trip to get them fixed. The total cost was $0! Then to add to their quality and my surprises, they washed and vacuumed my car so I had a much cleaner and nicer car to ride home in than I brought to them! I was thoroughly impressed with every step. I couldn't recommend them more.
