I highly recommend this company. They were very professional and very thorough. The whole team took special efforts to keep the outside of my house as clean as the inside during the restoration. Cesar was very informative from the beginning to the completion of the job and Brook kept checking regularly to make sure that everything was going as planned. The are the BEST!

I called Clean Air Restoration today to discuss a recent water leak I had in my attic to my first floor. I couldn’t have been more pleased by how thorough and kind Tony Mathis was to deal with on this issue. He was punctual and checked multiple areas of concern in our home and gave us some very good information regarding water damage. He was fantastic and I couldn’t recommend him enough!

I never post reviews, but I can't let this situation go without warning people, in hopes that someone else can avoid the situation we've gone through. There's many other Mold Remediation companies in Houston that you can use, don't use this one.

We were mislead from the beginning, falling for a sales pitch that was too good to be true. For 3 months, we have gone back and forth with Clean Air. They tried to charge us $2,000+ of work that was never completed, they would go weeks at a time without calling us back to address our concerns and questions, it took weeks to receive pictures and documentation for insurance (all of which was not accepted by insurance - even though Clean Air promised it would be). Now we are thousands of dollars out of pocket for a small patch of mold under the sink in our kitchen. They charged my credit card without permission, refusing to resolve the issue. All in all, do not use this provider.

The job was sold to us based on the story of cleaning up mold with the utmost integrity and focus on containment. A team focused on mold remediation and avoidance of cross contamination through the house. Work began and the trouble began. Containment was built along with appropriate filters, etc. Material was removed and debris was dropped throughout the house on a daily basis undermining the entire purpose. Work was started with high energy, but dragged on for much longer than necessary (many weeks) with reduced staff count. Our HVAC units were cleaned and the large filters replaced, but the incorrect size filters were installed in the units allowing total filter bypass.fortunately I learned to double check every step in the process no matter how simple. There was a clear lack of supervision and quality assurance and control for our project.

From the minute I chose Clean Air over a huge franchise, I knew I had made the right choice. Our childcare flooded with over 13,000 feet of damaged space. They sent out a huge crew the night of the flood and were the most respectful and well managed team. The GM Jarrod was there every step of the way.
The team actually seemed to enjoy helping get us back on our feet. I would highly recommend them!

Clean Air Restoration did an amazing job at our house, we had a small kitchen fire, when we called in the Office Manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she sent us over to Lonnie who came out to our house the same day and crews started the very next day! They were in and out of our house in less than a week including cleaning our A/C and ducts! We highly recommend them, thanks again Clean Air!
