I learned a lot while I was there. Sensei helped me learn at my pace and would work with me on different skill sets in ways that I could understand when things weren’t clicking. In short if you want to learn self defense CCA is an awesome place. I made black belt before I left. I’ll never forget my time there.

Plenty to learn from the1.5 hour class. Safety is always first. A real great time learning techniques and a very simple concept of self defense.

Head has a fine sense of kata and ukemi (falling after being thrown). Was patient with me as a beginner student which is saying a lot. When the original dojo lost the lease we worked out at his house.

Excellent Aikido dojo! The instructor is very patient and will help you constantly grow. He helped me overcome my trepidation with some of the more difficult techniques in the Ju Nana Han Kata.
