I walked all trails in the area with my little dog pootie and she loves to go. The deer and wild life are so cool.

Nice park had to stay an extra day liked b13 better for my 40ft rig, plus a nice view of the lake from both sites b7 was our 1st site. Man had 3 small dogs that he let run loose was my only issue. Otherwise park 2as clean & quiet. I would stay again

Gorgeous, shady COE park. Paved spaces, some with 50amp & water.others only 30amp. Lots of room between campsites.

At Lake Wright Patman the campsites are good. The sunrise and sunset are so beautiful on the lake. Plus the families of deer will basically walk almost right up to your campsite.

Over all, a nice campground. I do have one negative thing to say, by the end of the first day we had sugar ants all over, and inevitably inside our camper. I think they should be more attentive to spraying or spreading ant killer. The scenery is nice lots of shade (thats a huge plus) and decent hiking trails.

They really need to put up a few exit signs in the park and mark the dead ends as no outlet.

This is a decent value for a park with small and somewhat crowded campsites. $26 for full hook ups. But the lake is beautiful.

It is beyond me why US Army COE parks don't offer a military or veteran discount. Seriously.

We need a pull through site and would like to have it it close to water and need full hook-up. It's a nice place and will be staying there this weekend

This park is beautiful with tall, majestic pine trees. We were in site D15, it was a lovely 30amp and sewer hookup. We will definitely be back again.

Have to take 30 amp to get full hook-up but still lots of shade and works good big rig friendly

A good park, one yappy dog apparently belonging to one of the camp hosts, barked way too much. Some lake sites with a beach for your boat.

Was actually just visiting friends here but nice area close to the water. Secluded and quiet, if you're a camper you'll love this place.

We have camped here MANY times over the past 3-4 years. Love this park.very spacious sites, sites are fairly level, beautiful tall pine trees, full hookups, at Lake Wright Patman.

Large campsites with W/E right on the lakefront with great views and nice mix of sun and shade. A couple of nice nature trails if you want to stretch your legs without having to go for a drive. Excellent park managers who go the extra mile to share info and track down answers to questions about the area. No wifi, but great cell service (Verizon).

Sites away from the lake have full hookups. For those by the lake there's a "blue boy" dump station nearby, or a full dump station just outside the CG entrance.

At the end of October there are hundreds if not thousands of storks that fly over the lake at night. They don't have soap in the bathrooms and no trash dumpsters but those minor issues are more than made up for by the views of the lake. And it's half price if you have the appropriate senior pass.

Great shade, lots of 30 amp full hook-up sites, although no full hook-ups for 50 amp. One of the few COE parks with hiking trails. Great place if you have a boat. Saw lots of deer.
