I was in a very professional setting with professional people who put me at ease and explained my upcoming dental procedure with clarity and understanding. I would rate them #1 in dental customer service.

Pleasant visit, great consultation, woke up in the middle of getting my sinus cavity moved, by way of 3 people holding (trying) my head while the Dr used a hammer and chisel to move it, my sinuses have started to leak consistently after 2 years. I paid well over 19,000 to have a nice smile. I'm in the mist of having to replace one of my implants replaced by another Dr, I called Clear Choice to see if anything can be done to help me.all in all and in not the words I'm using because if they say it it's bad practice.but in essence"told me to bend over" no warranty, no come see us to see what the problem might be or might have been. Now on to the good part I will have to out of pocket redo my tooth that I was told I would never have to worry about again.what a scam and I'm not the ligating type but it makes me rethink after all the stuff I let slide by.well let's just say.hmmm what am I going to do next. People read the fine print before you sign the dotted line because I just got ripped off for 19,000 do.llars.

These were some of the nicest people that I have ever dealt with in the dental industry in 60 years of going to the dentist. They are efficient they are warm and caring and can’t wait to get my dental implants done on September 20,2021

Very patient, and kind she even engaged in small talk with me! Can u believe that, Tiffany what can I say, I shared information that people I’ve known for years don’t know, so that lets you know her “bed side” manor for lack of a better word is UNHEARD OF! And Dr. Carolina, is my “home girl” now. She wasn’t judge-mental of my story and she didn’t pity me which means a lot to me. I visited ClearChoice today and received a very detailed consultation. The process thus far has been beautiful. The initial representative I spoke with to confirm the consultation was beyond nice. Ms. Scarlett made me feel at ease and relaxed. She is amazing at simply listening and tries to help as much as possible. The Dr.was so compassionate and caring. I admit the price is a lot more than the other two places I visited for consult /quote. I’ve always heard “ you get what you pay for” I feel the price may be more, but the detailed information I received and just knowing my teeth will be made there, will be worth the extra money! I wish I could give 0 stars for this extortion practice for convincing me I could pay in payments after installing a new tooth almost a year ago and now they say they can't finish until everything is paid. Every experience I had with this company was unprofessional with nurses and doctors laughing at me for whatever they found funny at my expense. I hope they all read this and reconsider their actions before a patient has paid the entire bill because I would rather have my bill go to collections before I give them another dime!

Wonderful experience, the staff was friendly and got me in on time for my appointment. All the information about my procedure and future procedures were explained extremely well and in a way I could understand. I was satisfied with my service and will continue to use the in the future.

-excited about getting the new teeth and the comfort awaiting.
-Jan 19th, I will be ready for the surgery, recovery, and interim period (requiring much patience).

We went for a consultations. And we were very wary. It was really great. Very professional answered any and all questions. It is not cheap, but it will be well worth it.
