I really liked living here. Nice apartments from outside and inside. They are pricey to tell you the truth, but management was great every time i needed something, they fixed it. Very quiet and felt safe. My favorite part was the gym and was nicely equipped with new machines. I highly recommend living here.

Clean apartment complex. My son loves the turtle pond. The staff are nice and processed my move in paperwork effectively. I am able to text office staff with questions and receive an answer in a timely manner. Definitely recommend.

Stopped by Clearpoint after passing numerus times. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the staff were very polite and friendly. I worked with Alexas who was beyond sweet and very transparent, after touring the property I was immediately sold. I am in the application process, however I am looking forward to sharing my wonderful experience with the property in the future.

Located conveniently between HEBs and by fairmont. And close to the mall/shopping centers

The actual apartment: The materials and patch work from before you move in is sloppy. Im assuming i wont get my deposit back. The door lock and smart system is very convenient. Some floor plans are spacious and have nice additions such as a bookcase.

Notifications: A lot of last minute notifications. Move your car by 10: 00 am for power washing type of notices. This could be improved. Or don't park in areas when there is a parking problem to begin with.

Bills: elect, wifi all paid separate. Water gets metered and charged in rent bill, (not included in rent price). Other fees for trash (for some reason always multiple fees, the office never clarified this when asked), separate trash valet fee and other common fees. Rent has gone up if you ended renewing, which is common.

Amenities are nice and varied but not too well kept up with, this can be attributed to resident use to a degree. Need to pay for a special tag to access amenities for extended hours. Using the pool will require a wristband.

Landscaping is bad considering how much you pay. Dead grass, bushes etc

They nickel and dime you for everything, light bulb changes, trash etc.

Parking is always packed. People have to park on the curve. They have a tow truck show up at 5-6am and start towing cars. Multiple people have had this happen. I dont know how they avoid this other than parking at the gas station /sonic next door.

These apartments seem cheaper the the other one near by. But after all the surplus it might even out.

Gates, fences are always being broken. I doubt it was from the complex, more like people’s doing it is the assumption.

Maintenance is usually quick, a few times i had to go to the office to inquire about my request.

Would have been a higher rating if it wasn't for the towing (i have never been towed) and dealing with certain things I have never had to worry about in all the “luxury apartments “ I've stayed at.

Allison has been taking care of me and my family. Gave me an answer for every single question I had. The tour she gave us was awesome and made me feel at home! Can’t wait to finally move in!

I recently moved back to Houston and was browsing different apartment complexes. I looked online first then decided to come tour the property. Elisa took me on the tour and answered all of my questions. She was detailed, attentive and very thorough. I liked that each time I came by the property the office staff were very welcoming and had smiles on their faces.

Clearpoint Crossing is a very nice apartment complex. Nicest place I've ever lived at, honestly. The office staff is super nice. And they actually want to help you out. Which is nice. The prices on the apartments are high, I won't lie, but you really get what you pay for in my opinion. Nice living, well maintained property, beautiful pool, gym, sana. I did have issues with the water heater, when I first moved in. Water wasn't warming up. But they fixed it right away. Over all great place to live, if you have the money for it. I always paid on time, but did struggle a little with all my other expenses, since the rent price was high. Beautiful apartments though. And quiet property.

Feel in love with this place when I first start looking for a new place due to the loss of my ex. Plus it’s closer to my sister in the Baywood crossing rehabilitation center.

Alexas and alison were both very helpful through our whole move in / application process. Alexas was sweet and helped me with a lot of questions i had in regards to move in fees etc. The neighborhood seems very calm and quiet. Can’t wait to move in to our new place!

Great apartments! The amenities were amazing, I love that they have a sauna, which you don’t always come across! And the manager Elisa was super helpful! Definitely will be looking into moving here!

Do not use covered parking because it is assigned. Even if that space is always empty, do not park there, even for an hour. My truck does not have air conditioning, and I parked under one of those empty spots for an hour to stay out of the sun. Before that hour was up, I see a tow truck hooked up to my vehicle. I am retired and on a fixed income, but had no choice but to pay that driver who was holding my truck hostage. I am a Vietnam era veteran, honorably discharged and decorated for my service. My truck is clearly marked, that it is owned by a veteran. That means nothing to these people. The tow truck driver had more respect than the property management. You will not even get a chance to explain yourself with the property management. The staff in the office will climb on you and never shut up. The staff has an understandable amount of authority on the property. And it has gone to their head. The staff and this office knows nothing about respect. If you try to argue, they will cry foul and start calling the police.
I was left with a Feeling that the property management is prejudiced against older white men who happen to be veterans. That is the only reason I can think of, that would explain the woman's immediate hostility towards me. Thank you for reading, and remember to protect yourself.

We love our Clearpoint Crossing community! The assistant manager, Chloe, is always so helpful with any issues and is always ready to help. The amenities on site are top notch! The gym has everything I need to get a good workout in and the sauna is an awesome perk.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. My lease cannot be over fast enough. These apartments will tow their tenants' vehicles without so much as a warning. My daughter's car was parked at the curb for less than 10 minutes while she ran inside the apartment to get something she left and her car was towed. The staff up front just said, oh well, you should have had your hazards on. It should be noted, they provide inadequate parking in the first place. During move in, we had to park on the curb many times, as there were no spaces available near her apartment. I can't believe a company would tow their own paying customers! It's unbelievable. As a business owner, I would never tow a client's vehicle without atleast a warning first. It's bad business practice. My daughter is out $300 dealing with this and their attitude at the front is just oh well. Needless to say, we won't be renewing.
