ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Weatherford

This is the absolute WORST facility. Doctors offer fake concern, families have people lying about them and harmful reports are written. Food was tolerable. Most good info on supplements, pull-ups, etc for after care came at lunch. You are told by residents who the bad nurses/administrators are and told to watch out for them. I shared my concerns and was branded as a troublemaker. This is by far the largest, newest rehab and the worst waste of money. My mother didn't sleep well and would lay down to rest when possible. I walked in to find her slumped in a wheelchair, the bed as high as it could possibly go. Just a little torture at the hands of these "concerned Dr's, nurses and staff members. Never would I recommend this place, nor would I send my ex-husband there if the decision was mine.

Excellent staff from top to bottom. If you are interested in compassionate care for your loved one who has suffered physical and medical setbacks this is the place for you. They will deliver.

I gave these establishment a five when my dad was here previously a little over a year ago.

I do not know what happened or how it happened but I am completely completely flabbergasted at what has happened over the last two weeks.

I highly recommend that you be very cautious if you choose to use this facility. I will not ever ever ever take anyone in my family anybody I know I will never recommend this facility ever again.

I wish I could go into detail more as to what happened but I can’t at this time. Just use caution please use caution and watch your loved one closer than what I did.

I trusted them and didn’t check in on them as much as I should because I just believe they were doing with our supposed to do. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Incredible group of people over at ClearSky Weatherford. Wonderful communication and outcomes.

This is a 10 star! My mom was there for 2 weeks, the nurses and doctors were outstanding and she was so happy how delicious the food was. Very caring people. Thanks for the wonderful care you gave to my mom!

This Place had all of the tools that I needed to complete my inpatient rehab therapy. The therapists are very experienced also.
They had a very good menu selection as well as a snack bar. They are small in size, but giants in care and experience.

Staff, all very comforting, caring, do the best they can with being short staff, especially durning holidays. The only complaint I have I was in rehab for 9 days, and not once did anyone ask to change my sheets, and I got a shower 1time.

I had major surgery of my colon removed, after being in the hospital for 10 days went to Clearsky for Rehab.i have got to say they staff there was helpful and encouraging to my recovery. From the Doctor, Nurses, Admin staff, Physical Therapist and the Occupational Therapist with their encouragement I was able to recover and get home in 10 days. The food was good, enjoyed the variety and the cooking staff was understanding to my likes and dislikes. I am now doing outpatient rehab at Clearsky and am better each day and week going forward.
My wife and I wish to thank them all for their help and assistance. I would recommend this rehab center and say you only get better if you try and do what the team recommends.

My sister was recently a patient and received very good care. The facility is clean, and she enjoyed the food.

The folks here have a genuine passion for the patient that I have not witnessed as a whole in my past experience! The Rehab physician Dr Kenneth Buley is dedicated and beyond committed to his patients! If I could give this hospital 10 stars I would! I can’t say thank you enough to the great staff that work here! Your efforts are GREATLY appreciated!
