Called for a down pool, came out the same day and were able to have my pool up and running the next afternoon with a new pump. If I had returned the missed call earlier they probably would have had my pool fixed the same day. Highly recommend.

Our friend recommended someone else. We were told it would take two weeks to get put on his schedule. I called Clearwater and they were here solving the problem in two days. Better service, better prices, and we couldn’t be happier! Reprogramming and updating the firmware didn’t cost us a dime. They handled the warranty themselves. 10/10 stars! Thank you guys!

Had an appointment on Monday 1-23-23 and NO SHOW and NO CALL! Never heard from them on Tuesday. Finally called on Wednesday and came out around 10: 30 am. Phillip arrived with an obvious poor attitude and was there maybe 2-3 minutes at most. It was obvious he knew he was going to get paid by our Home Warrant Company by the NO SHOW on scheduled appointments, poor attitude and his less than accurate diagnoses of our pool plumbing problems. All the sudden Phillip became an expert on PVC piping and the cause mine was leaking. He claimed our pipes froze which was far from accurate. Our temp was approximately 50 degrees and I don't think 50 degrees would cause our pipes to burst. I TRIED to explain to him it wasn't freezing because we ran it 24/7 wide open during all projected freezing. Plus, we ran it full time since any and all low temps - No Leaks. It is highly possible our leaks were caused by "old age". Phillip all but called me a liar, jumped in his truck and left. Contacted my Home Warranty Company and they have scheduled me for a second opinion as to the cause of my PVC leaks. I will notify my Home Warranty Co to remove Clearwater pools from the list of contractors that may ever be sent to my home for pool service calls. Would I recommend Clearwater Pools to any person - NO WAY!

Clearwater Pools is the best pool service we’ve ever had. I know exactly what day of the week they are servicing in our community and we’ve never had to wait more than a couple of days unless a part had to be ordered. They go above and beyond to help the customer. Thanks to Phillip our pool filter got a complete filter upgrade that has made our maintenance a breeze! Then they came out two days before Christmas in extreme cold to replace a pump!
