Cleburne Drug is by far THE BEST pharmacy I’ve ever been to! They actually treat you like family & care for you as a person-not just another number. At my old pharmacy, I would ALWAYS, no matter what, ALWAYS have to call them for refills or to fill a prescription my doctor sent in to be filled a few days out. With CD, I called & they already had my order ready! I’ve never experienced that before. They are such a delight to see every time I visit! I can’t say enough good things about CD! I would recommend them to all of my family & friends! They are prompt & super fast at filling everyone’s orders! There may be 2-3 cars in line picking up their order, but you won’t wait very long AT ALL! I mean, they are constantly on it! No matter what kind of day it’s been, they always greet you w/ a smile & a friendly face! I highly recommend Cleburne Drug to everyone!:)

I’ve lived in cleburne for four years and just discovered them. They are so fast, efficient and caring. I wish I had known about them a long time ago.

I was a pharmacy technician for 7 years and manager at the last independent pharmacy I was employed by, after moving to Cleburne I made a fast and not brilliant switch to a large chain pharmacy here in town. After that pharmacy has lied to my face about both my son's and my profile, inactivated my prescriptions, never order medication my doctor prescribed me, and removed my prescriptions off of auto refill; I made a wise decision to switch to Cleburne Drug! The staff has been really kind to me, I know have all of my prescriptions synced for the same day on auto refill and Monte was so helpful price matching a cash price on a prescription not covered by my insurance. And when the other pharmacy neglected to give them all of my prescriptions when the pharmacist originally called to get my whole profile switched over, the pharmacist yesterday called and had it filled and ready to go by the time I got there to pick up the medications that were already ready. I am leaving a pretty detailed review to let everyone know how fast, efficient and reliable the staff is in all aspects of their job descriptions. I HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy to anyone who needs to get over the counter products to prescriptions. Especially since I was in the store and seen items on the shelf that other chain pharmacies have been out of stock on due to Covid. This store has their priorities in making sure the community has what they need. Thank ya'll for working so hard and making sure even your newest customers are valued.

I have switched from Walgreens to Cleburne Drug as they are faster, friendlier, and it just feels better to be truly shopping local. America is in some of the most tense times in my life and supporting local businesses is the best thing I can do. Their attention to detail and one on one human interaction is a huge plus along with very good pricing.

I moved from Kentucky to Texas about 3 years ago. I have only been using Cleburne drug for about 6 months I wish I had found them a lot sooner. There level of customer service and their pharmacist are second to none. And they deliver at no cost to their customers which is very helpful to me since I am unable to drive. Great job keep up the good work and those larger drugstores sure could learn a thing or two from you fine folks.
