Every time I go here an Old man either tells me he's behind and it will take 3or4 months to get my mower fixed, All the while he is watching TV. Really busy @ what? Lying. Told me last time I was there they don't fix chainsaws and no one else around here does either.

Needed a bolt removed on my Toro mower. Called this place because I like to do business local and I reside in Cleburne. Once the Gentlemen on the phone heard the word Toro all he could utter was “we don’t work on Toro’s”. I explained that I didn’t need work done. Needed a bolt broken loose by someone with an impact wrench, which he said he had. I wanted to PAY someone who had the tool to break one bolt loose and all he could say was “we don’t work on Toro’s. Then Mr. “we don’t work on toro’s” hangs up the phone and won’t answer the store phone when I call back. Coward. Don’t do business here! Especially if you have a Toro!

This place of business sells junk an the owner doesn’t care I bought a used riding mower for 500 dollars. The mower didn’t last an hour before it caught fire an burned up he told me oh well it was a used mower. I was never told as is no refunds.

Called to get a tune up kit for my country clipper mower I gave the lady all the information about and she said she had all the items. Got them and question at the time why Briggs and Stratton oil filter spark plugs she said they will work. They will not work had to buy else where and she said they use them on everything all the time. Very rude and had problems when we bought the clipper and husqvarna mower 3 yrs ago. Stop and think if you want to get parts or mowers there.

Scammers. I took them a $3k Honda powered pump And they replaced the engine with a Honda Look alike engine and charged me $1300. He also told me that knock off engine is as good as the Honda but it’s brand new and takes 10-20 pulls to get it started.

Found This shop and glad I did. Kelly runs the business along with his father. They have been there 43 years I believe. Kelly is an expert on bobcat mowers. It’s the only brand of mower he will sell. When your mower needs maintenance or perhaps a warranty issue he will also be the one who takes care of it. I got a great price and complimentary delivery. I would highly recommend checking with him before purchasing any commercial lawn mower.
