Cleo Bay Honda, Killeen TX

Cleo Bay is going through some renovations, meantime they are using portable buildings. When you walk in, it is very confusing and there is no one to direct you in what you need to do in order to get help. I thought after my last review and talking to someone about this issue it would be corrected. They said they would address the issue but obviously not. I am one year into my lease, and I am already looking at where I need to take my business when this lease is up. I really want to deal with a dealership that cares after the purchase/lease is made and not just when they are trying to get your business. I know this is the custom for all dealerships, however I don't have to lease. You would think they would care more about lease vehicles since they are almost guarantied return customers. That is, unless you get so fed up, you say I'm done and get a lease buy out and walk away for good. I'm almost there. Rant over.

Highly disappointed in the way they run their dealerships here in Killeen and in Round Rock. Scattering new vehicles throughout the car lot mixing them in with your used pre-owned vehicles that aren't even the same make. It's a pretty cheesy operation. Your making Honda look bad. I mean I know the cars sell them selves but the way you treat your customers still matters

I love the Honda CRVS I got my first CRV from Honda in 2010 l, have been with this company for 14th years and they have never disappointed me. They will take care of all your cars need. Honda is a great company. PS I just want to say thanks to Shelly great customer service she was the best.as well as the financial guys don't know his name but he was great as well. My new 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid picked up a screw & I went in for a fix. The service advisor (Lance Fox) was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He offered options, including a patch or replacement. I value my safety and made it clear that I wouldn’t mind replacing the tire. I left to get back to work and got a text message an hour later that no replacement was needed. When I returned to pick my car up, Lance went over and beyond to wash and vacuumed the car. I was even offered a cold bottle of water at checkout (by Andrea), that was a value-added service that was greatly appreciated. Overall, I had a great experience and will recommend Cleo Bay Honda service any day. ️️️️️

Was the best experience buying my 23 Honda Civic Hatch. I fell in love with the car. Deleana and Chris made me super comfortable because I was a bit nervous.
