Generally positive experience.
Pros:
Fixed my issue at a relatively affordable price.
Didn't try to advertise any other products.
Were transparent with part pricing.
Didn't go snooping around the unlocked machine after hardware repairs were finished.

Cons:
Didn't receive all screws back in computer.
Broke multiple plastic clips, now the keyboard floats by about 2 mm.
Seemed to not use a plastic shim? A bit of paint is chipped inside of a seam but it's really minor.
Did not re-attach 2 of the 6 the rubber feet/covers on the device.

Great service and I highly recommend them. Our computer was acting weird and finally the screen went black. It took them a few days, but they found a windows update from 2021 was stuck. They cleaned up the stuck update and applied all needed updates. This was very good detective work, and I am impressed.

We had a very good experience. The technician took time to evaluate our computer, gave us good advice (which worked), and charged a very reasonable fee for his time.

Best computer repair in Georgetown. Came in with a Microsoft laptop with a busted WIFI chip. They dug deep and found out it was just a driver issue. Only billed be for half an hour and it was completely fixed. Most places would just tell you to replace so they can make more money but this one is honest and super friendly. Love the new location too.

Great customer service, and very nice staff. I was visiting my daughter from out of state
and she suggested I bring my damaged laptop with me, as I have not been able to find someone I trusted to leave it with.
Click had it fixed in a timely manner, very reasonable prices, and they answer their phones! It is rare to get that kind of customer service! Great job!

Phenomenal service! I dropped off my gaming computer (desktop) with them after having a horrible experience with another store. I dropped off my computer with Click on a Friday morning and was able to pick it up when they opened again on Monday. Every person I spoke with was polite (which isn't a given at all with computer repair places unfortunately) and incredibly helpful. One of them even gave me some ideas as to what may have caused my problem so I can hopefully avoid it in the future. It's a bit expensive, but in my experience they're close in price to other places I looked so it isn't a problem. Plus with how quick the turn around was it was easily worth it.

I have been using Click Computers for years and with good reason. Recently took my gaming PC in due to regular freezing, blue screen then shut down. Click fixed it perfectly with a 1 day turn around. Highly recommend them.

My computer was plugged in during the storm my house was struck by lightning and it took out everything that was plugged in my computer my baby was dead.: (They brought my baby back yo life I’m so grateful for the awesome team here at click computers you guys rock! Highly recommend!

I’m a bit of a Technological Neanderthal and Kevin did a great job explaining the problem with my computer. He was honest and upfront with me snd told me it was not economically feasible to repair. Now the hunt for a new computer began. Kevin came to the rescue and gave me a cheat sheet on some recommendations. It made that shopping experience less confusing and painful. So, whether you’re Technologically challenged like me or not, Kevin is your guy!

I brought in a laptop that the screen and power port went out on. They called me and let me know that my computer was still under warranty and that I could have the repairs done under the warranty. They emailed me the warranty information and link to make a ticket through the warranty and provided the information I would need to do so which was beyond helpful. Integrity and assistance doesn’t get any better than that!

Customer service was on point as well. The interaction on drop off and pick up was genuine, pleasant, and informative. The service is honest and expert. The warranty company jumped around a couple of different diagnoses before drawing the same conclusion that Click did on first look. These guys made the whole process so simple that I wish they were the warranty company. Highly recommend this company for any computer repairs.

Kevin was extremely helpful and spent about 45 minutes assessing my HP All-in-one before telling me that he did not think I needed to
spend $300 that initially he thought I would have to for a new hard drive. He cleaned up a few things and gave me great advice. When I asked how much I owed, he said nothing! He could easily have told me I did need to replace the hard drive and I would have been none the wiser! I will definitely go to Click Computes again for any problems I experience.

I have used this computer service several times & its the best I have found. Also reasonably priced. They used diagnostic tool to find out what was wrong with my computer. Marc was very helpful & knowledgeable. He also gave me a list of recommendations on buying new computer & recommended a better security system.

I have never had the immediate response and support from a computer company that I have received from Click Computers. They have given me excellent advise during a troublesome time from a computer scam to getting me started confidently with a new computer.
