If I could give zero stars I would. The short lady with red hair is rude and takes her job too seriously. I visited this Cliffs because I was near by. I needed to load money onto my Netspend card. This women says to me, I need to take your picture. So I said that’s crazy. She responded and said I take customer pictures for money orders. This women is loco. Now keep in mind that I have used Cliffs check cashing for over 10 years to load money and never has anyone EVER taken my picture to load money. Girl bye! I will never Ever Ever visit this place again.
Long story short, banking got mixed up somehow and we needed a quick debit card to transfer money to. It's icy and wanted to make sure the place was opened before we headed out. We call and the lady is like, "we didn't answer the first time, you probably could've figured we were closed. We're closed because it's flooded". Then we call the cliffs on MLK, ask the same question, "are you guys open? " Then this lady says, "if the lights are on, we're open. " So this woman think we drove up to the store, saw the lights were on, and then decided to call and ask if they were open. Customer service is a lost art. The first lady did call back and say that it was fine to come in now. Not changing the score though just because of other experiences there.
Monigue was so rude. As soon as we walked in she started may i help u and im loke yes mam one sec. My husband needed to sign his check. And she was like hello may i help u. So i told her we cashing a check an d no we havent cashed this company check before its a new job. She proceeded to tell me i had to wait till 10 am. And i told her i had called first and was told 9 am. She then said well it aint even 9 am yet and im like its 859 like 60 seconds. She didnt want to help me she wS too busy playing on her computer and talking on the phobe. She was literally the rudest most inconsiderate person and i will never go back here. She needs some home training on manners.
