This clinic has a doctor that doesn’t have a medical license. Robert Fuentes will approach you with a fake nice attitude when he doesn’t mean it at all. The way he acted is very two faced which shouldn’t be expected from a “doctor”. It seems that he only acts this way towards Hispanics. Overall I don’t suggest going to this clinic.

Very nice people here I love the products. My first week I already saw some changes in my body. Would recommend for people who are trying to lose weight and have fillers done on lips.

First impressions mean soo much, especially when people are paying their hard earned money. Dr. Fuentez was great. He listened to me, was very knowledgeable, and gave what seems to be great suggestions for my situation. I'm horrible with names but the nurse who took my vitals was also great. However, whoever the woman was who worked the front desk could use a bit of training. I went to pay using my HSA card and she told me it was declined, so I use my debit card. To myself I'm thinking I couldn't have possibly used everything I had in HSA since I don't make frequent doctors visits. Once I make it home I check my HSA and low and behold I have more than enough money there to cover the cost. So I call back the next day to make sure they in fact accept HSA, they do, and that they would show up as a medical facility since I know certain type of facilities are blocked like a gas station for instance, and I'm told they show up as a medical facility. OK, so how'd my card decline? Well whoever this person was that I was speaking to told me that her records do not show a declined transaction. She can see my approved debit card but no attempt for HSA which they would have record of. So now I have to submit my receipt to HSA for reimbursement. Please train your front desk how to process HSA payments. If it weren't for this inconvenience I'd give 5 stars and this is just based on 1st impression.

Yazmin (blonde & brown highlights with a botched set of lip injections) the medical assistant is the most unprofessional person at this location.

I have referred several people who have referred several people and I have already contacted them to not spend another dime with ideal due to Yazmins unprofessionalism.

She also has violated several Hippa laws by one calling me another patients name AND then reading off the wrong information from “my chart” in regards to my weekly visits so I am to assume that was for the same patients name that she called me.

I asked her to speak with Dr. Robert (who I walked past going to the back for a weigh in) and she said he wasn’t in for the day. Everyone that I have referred also stated that Yazmin is rude but overlooks it because the interactions in the office with her are so short.

For the amount of money customers spend at this establishment you would think that they hire and train for their staff to be diverse and friendly. Yazmin is always friendly with patients that look like her but has the nastiest attitude with anyone that isn’t of her race.

Dr. Robert was very nice and helpful (and assisted me with dropping a good amount of weight and changed might eating habits) as well as another medical assistant BUT Yazmin is rude and entitled.

I recommend them, it has helped me a lot in one week I lost 10 lbs and the girls are very friendly
