My grandfather came for vacations from Mexico and ran out of his diabetes medication. Took him to this clinic to get tested and said his sugar levels were really high. They said they sent the prescription to CVS. I even asked them to write me down the CVS information, so when I called CVS they said they didn’t receive any order from the clinic. The clinic was already close because I took my grandfather after I got off of work. And said the prescription was going to be ready in 1 hr to 2 hrs! I’m scare for my grandfather health. This clinic needs to pay more attention to what they are doing. What type of doctors and assistants do they have. I’m very frustrated, upset and disappointed! But to charge they are ready, how come they don’t forget to charge. Paid $270 and couldn’t even get a prescription sent correctly to the pharmacy.

This place is TERRIBLE! My insurance sent me there and they tried to charge me $150 for services that were covered under my plan. I had to call the insurance company and put them on speaker phone for the woman at the front desk to receive the correct information. The office manager was worse. She actually argued with me. My appointment was at 2: 30 pm and I arrived early to fill out my paperwork. I was not seen until 4: 15 pm which they blamed me for because I had to call my insurance company for THEM. AVOID this place please.

Update: After this they still refused to do my complete yearly without payment. I should have just left. They sent my for my breast imaging. Then they REFUSED to release the results to my new doctor. And my test had abnormalities. Extremely stressful. I finally had to put my new doctor’s office and my insurance company on the line with them all at the same time for me to get my imaging results. Extremely unethical and retaliatory.

I called the doctor’s office that they work under. They staff there hung up on me. I ended up reporting them to the medical board and my insurance company. They told the state medical board that I, the patient, was “unprofessional”. I never raised my voice or was disrespectful to them. The only thing I did was get in the way of them pocketing money from a bogus co-pay from me for services that my insurance company paid for.
