Clinica Tu Salud: Jaxel Lopez, MD, Irving TX

I took my elderly mother for a first time visit (annual checkup) and was very happy with the overall treatment from the entire
staff. We arrived 30 minutes early however there was no need because the insurance details had been previously approved so she literally was seen five minutes prior to her appointment. Once inside, again there was minimal wait before they came to check her vitals and had blood work done. Dr. Lopez- Sepúlveda followed shortly after and asked numerous questions as well as finished her checkup in a timely manner but we were not rushed at all. We will be looking forward to checkup number two!

Friendly, attentive staff. Thorough annual exam. Dr.is very approachable and a great listener. Only complaint: I am always 3 pounds heavier in the Dr. ’s office scale!

Dr. Jaxel and all the members of his team are very nice and professional. They make you feel very comfortable while you’re in the clinic.

Great service! The staff is very professional and there weren't long waiting times like some other clinics. This was my wife's primary doctor but I will be switching over.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this doctor. He really listens, and he really cares. Also his staff is excellent. And I normally never leave reviews.

Dr López sees me promptly. He takes time to listen and his examinations are thorough. He treats each patient like a person and not a number and truly cares about my concerns. He was my husband’s doctor - now the entire family sees him! The staff likewise is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Clínica Tu Salud (Don’t let the name scare you - the entire staff’s English is perfect.)

They charge $75 for a covid test before even checking anything on you, then they dont even check your symptoms just say you have covid and dont give you anything to take. This place is shady i will never have my family go there again

Staff was friendly. Doctor was very trustworthy with his knowledge and words. He connected with me first and I was not disappointed. I will be using this location as my primary check up. Very easy to find and very clean.

Dr. Lopez was extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and fully understand what’s going on with you. The staff was amazing and there was a minimal wait time! I highly recommend this office to anyone who actually wants be seen by an actual doctor who cares!

I scheduled a visit after my 11 year old daughter spent 2 nights with fever and muscle pain not showing ANY signs of COVID (no cough, shortness of breath, nor loss of taste or smell), right off the bat they made me pay a $75 COVID test which was not necessary at all before even the doctor could evaluate (see) her. Doctor finally comes in decides all symptoms lead to ALLERGIES (never new allergies caused fever) ; visit, test + meds = $250 aprox… 2 days later test results come out NEGATIVE, meds making no difference, daughter 4 days with fever at this point; I demand over the phone for Dr. Lopez to evaluate my daughter once more for her own sake, nurse says she spoke to the Dr.and decide I can take her to E. R.if I wish or take flu and some other throat tests at their clinic for $120 and wait before Dr. López could even see her! Do not waste your time and money here these guys are a total rip off, zero compassion and of course, zero commitment with their patients, whatsoever. TRUE STORY, CURRENT PATIENT.

Excellent Clinic! Dr. Lopez is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all questions. Everything is clean and neat. Customer service is A+. All staff are friendly and make me feel like home.

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable assistants with great attention to detail. Dr. Lopez went above and beyond to explain my symptoms in simple terms, and the options available for the treatment of such.

If I could give this place no stars I would, the lack of empathy that Dr. Jaxel Lopez has for patients it's unbelievable. I don't recommend this place at all! I will be looking for a new pcp for my whole family!
