Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Odessa TX

I have been using them for over a decade. Never had any issues with labs getting misplaced or long wait times. The staff is always friendly and love this place because the people who take my blood never hurt me or make me bruise.

EVERY time we go there, they lose my husband's blood lab results. I have no idea WHY they are still in business, nor why any doctor would want to do business with them.

Attempted multiple times to get my son's labs here. The first time they never took down any information and then lost the specimen. I should have known when theh lost them the second time to go to another lab. The third time I felt like I was receiving some sort of progress, but they never sent the results to the doctor then said they never received the order nor the specimen. I have no idea what is going on there.

I went because my son needed a stool culture. I get there the lady tells me I only need to fill up one of the three tubes which was weird but I figured she knew what she was talking about and I can bring it back. When I go to bring it back I waited for an hour not to be called, I tap on the window because I’m literally dropping something off. They lost my sons paperwork and I was told wrong that all of the containers needed to be filled up, not just one. However when I had called yesterday to specify exactly what I needed to do no one could tell me. None of the employees are on the same page but you will wait in their office and hear them talking about their day-to-day life the entire time. I don’t recommend this place, it’s a joke.

I went in from Andrews to get some lab work done. Staff was amazing, prices are great and the office was clean and sanitized. Definitely recommend this place.

Horrible staff. No bed side manner, especially to children. If you don't like your job you should find a new one. Rude and lazy is what you will get here. You'll most likely have better luck at the hospital, they definitely need to clean house of current staff.

If you value your privacy don't go here! They hand out the urine cups in the lobby. When I put my cup in the little window there were other patient s urine in it

I went to get some xrays done but went to the wrong building. These people at this building are the rudest and laziest people working for them.no wonder they have a low rating. I feel sorry for the customers that actually do have to deal with these people.
As I walked in 2 people slouching against the wall, didnt even say my I help you?
There was a girl behind a frosted window and said telling me to sign in to be serviced. I ask if they did xrays and real rude she said not here, your in the wrong place.
Thank God I left and glad I didnt have to deal with them.

Staff is so rude and move so slowly. They seem so unhappy. I dont know what it is but since I've moved to Odessa everyone I've encountered has given nasty service.

The ladies in the front are RUDE! Seem to be bothered when people ask a question and don't seem happy with what they do. The only positive thing I can say is that the last who took my bloodwork had a light hand, I didn't feel the needle as it went in, and she didn't leave me a bruise.
I don't think they send the lab results in a timely fashion either because at my Dr appt today they didn't have the results and were having a hard time getting it from CPL. I went to get my bloodwork 3 weeks ago, so I would hope that would be enough time to get results in for my dr. I hope to find a better place to get my bloodwork done from now on.

The window clerks are beyond the most unprofessional employees I’ve seen in a while. Especially Tara.
