Clinical Pathology Laboratories (CPL) - Beaumont

I like this place very much all but 1 person their is very friendly they are fast and better priced

The receptionist is nice & polite. They are very efficient. They do.a wonderful job. They do a great job.

I just wanted to share my experience at the Beaumont, Texas CPL Lab location. I want to start by saying how fast and efficient it was. The phlebotomist was super friendly, welcoming, and fast. Unfortunately, the front desk lady left much to be desired. I walked in with my three children to have my lab drawn. She asked if all of us were having bloodwork done, and I responded that it would just be me. She told me there was not enough room in the waiting room for us (four) …implying that we leave. There were six chairs open at the moment. I told her we could stand to wait if needed. After checking in, we sat in the chairs because there were plenty open and people were continually being called back. Someone was called back immediately, so there were three available chairs for anyone that came in after we sat down. After she saw us sitting down, she loudly announced to the entire waiting room that we would need to move if more people came in (3 chairs open at this point). It was as if we weren’t customers or welcome at all. That being said, I would’ve gladly given up our seat (s) to any elderly, handicapped person, mom with children etc.because that’s how I was raised and it is always the right thing to do. After a few minutes, two people came in and checked in with her. She loudly asked them (directed towards me) if there was anywhere for them to sit (half of the seating was wide open). They sat down and she loudly told one of the phlebotomists that they were going to have to put a sign on the door about seating. There was no issue with seating the entire time we were there. There were open seats the entire time we were there. She was so incredibly rude to me and my children. I only responded in kindness, but I’ve never felt so discriminated against. I’ve never been treated like this in a medical setting either. Moms have kids. In summer, moms bring their children with them to go to appointments and to run errands. I’ve been to this location four times. My experiences with the actual labwork and phlebotomists have been excellent every time. This lady has been at the front desk each time, and she does a very poor job at customer service. I’ve observed her being very rude to elderly who don’t quite know how to do the electronic check in. Action needs to be taken…this is such an excellent facility otherwise. The front desk/first impressions matter!

Ik but they had to di several tries to get my blood. Wasn't a long wait tho. And the techs were nice

I use them all the time and the employees are very nice It's just very busy I had to wait but they worked as diligently as they could and re still nice to the clients I am very pleased with their service

This was my first time going to this lab. I read other reviews prior to going and was very skeptical. I have to say that my visit was quick and painless. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had zero wait time. I'll definitely visit again for future labs

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! I never leave a review but the way this place of business acted was absolutely insane! 1st off I call to see if my lab work had been sent in and the lady answering the phones said that she was too busy that she couldn't do it at the moment. THEN I asked if she could call me back when she wasn't to let me know, she then proceeded to tell me that I could call her back after lunch.mind you it was 10am, she said, she couldn't give me a call back and wouldn't give me a call back. SO after driving 20 miles to come up there, I walk in and ask if they have my order, instead of looking up the order she once again said that she was too busy and that I could sign in and have a seat and wait and she would look it up. So I did. I waited a HOUR.while waiting. I received a phone call from the doctor office, while I was in the office and she interrupted my conversation to tell me to walk outside in the most unprofessional manner I have ever witnessed. The amount of attitude by the employees were uncalled for. I will never return, and hopefully the higher management sees this and takes actions!

I’ve used only Nova Lab on Stagg Dr.in Beaumont until last month. I was advised to go to CPL labs because they had the same test & was half the price of Nova. I was completely shocked at how horrible they ran things. This place has urinalysis patients putting their own name on a basic cup with no temp gauge that are stacked in the one unisex bathroom. They told me to leave it in the bathroom. I could tell someone walked up to the bathroom door while I was in there thinking it was a medical nurse or tech that would take the sample immediately but no, it was the next patient going in right after me. I watched 3 people go in the same bathroom after me (without anyone coming to retrieve them) with my sample as well as several other patients samples left in this bathroom. I had a false positive on my test for ADHD medicine. I’ve never taken anything like that, so I was completely upset & confused. I have since gone back to Nova & plan to stay with them even though it costs me more.it’s worth it to me. Office staff were impersonal & a tad rude like they’d all rather be somewhere else. I spoke with their main office in Austin because I wanted to know how their procedure is supposed to be done. The woman I spoke with told me that they are definitely not following protocol. I will never go back & would not recommend to anyone, especially not to people who are working hard at staying sober.

Fast and courteous! I have labs closer to me, but I choose this one instead. Would recommend!

Short wait, quick and friendly staff. Labs were completed quickly, professionally, and with as little pain as possible.

I'm not sure if anyone knows but Quest Diagnostics has changed the way they operate. No walk-ins, you can only call and make an appointment. If you are 8 minutes late, due to a doctor's appointment even, you will not be seen. That's another appointment to be made. Which requires you to leave their facilities and call to schedule another appointment. They are rude, not to mention, hateful. Went to this CPL and they were great. Long story short, the are like Quest Diagnostics used to be. I will use CPL from now on. I was very pleased with their services. Try them out I promise you want go back to Quest Diagnostics.

The website says they close at 5 PM, but I arrived 12 minutes prior to that and they would not let me in. The staff member stated they take their last patient at 4: 30 PM I told her that the website and even their door stated they closed at 5 PM. I informed her she should add that to their website so customers know!
