Walked out on Quest after 2 hours.
Went to CPL Was seen in less time than I spent at the kiosk at Quest.
Great job.and they have a delightful person behind the desk.
This was my son's first blood draw and the tech was so friendly and put him at ease quickly. It didn't hurt how she collected the samples in one go.
I was in and out of there in just over 30 min. And the staff was nice and knowledgeable hit the vain the very first try thank you for you good work.
The Office was very neat and had Easier sign in booth. I was called and processed in very quickly and accurately. I believed i was there less than 15 minutes. I told the nice and professional staff, who did my blood draw on the 1st try without any problem, I will come to CPL lab from this day forward.
Just checked on the hours for this place. Monday or Tuesday it said that it opened at 7: 00. So I get here at 6: 30 after driving for over an hour just to find out they don't open now till 7: 30. Somebody should have updated their operating hours.
If they had a zero stars option, that is what they'd get. For those who are not very tech savy, the desk is unwilling to come out to help anyone sign in. Several people ahead of my family member also asked for help and they got the same response. One gentleman had to wait for his daughter to show up to help him bc they refused. After multiple attempts at signing in on her own and it not working correctly, my aunt said forget it and left the building. She was so upset and flustered that upon doing so she fell and injured herself in the parking lot. My mother who was waiting in the car went back inside to tell the employees and not a single one tried to help. They didn't even get up from their seats. They should all be ashamed! My aunt had to see her doctor later that day for her injuries and now has to see an ortho specialist as well.all bc people want to be lazy. Maybe they need to reread those values the post!
