Clinical Pathology Laboratories (CPL) - Medical Parkway, Cedar Park TX

I’ve had mostly good experiences here, I have now had 8 drawings and each experience has been quick and easy. Everyone on staff is kind and helpful. I only had one experience that was not as great as the others, and it was because the phlebotomist made me feel pretty uncomfortable, but she got the vein quick and I haven’t gotten her since that last draw.

The staff here are just the friendliest people. It can be busy at times but overall the wait is never long, as long as you have your paperwork in or it was submitted.

This location seems to be hidden because the traffic I found was low. I asked an employee, and she said it's slower than the other office in the area.
Check-in was easy. I didn't wait long to be taken back for my blood draw. The phlebotomist was professional. I was out in no time.

Very disappointing experience. Left a message to ask a question about my fast and didn't get a call back. When I went in for my blood draw the man that served me was curt, disrespectful and unfriendly. He did not ask if I had been fasting or check for how long. I asked one question and he pointed to the sign by his desk. His gruffness caused me to not want to ask any additional questions.

He then drew my blood and it was a good stick (why he got two stars) but the experience was already tainted by his behavior. He has worked for the company for nine years and if he is typical of their employees it is no wonder their ratings are so low. I'll be going back to Any Lab Test Now in the future.

Great experience. Monday 2pm. No appt necessary. 10 min wait. Staff very nice. Office very clean

If you need lab work done, ask your doctor to send the orders ANYWHERE but CPL. I arrived at 9: 30 am. Waiting room was full. Not an open seat. I waited there for over 10 minutes and not a single name was called back. They clearly have zero respect for peoples’ time.

It took about an hour to get the blood drawn. I arrived at 8: 15 am. There were already 8 people in line ahead of me and they had just opened at 8 o'clock AM. The problem is they only have one person doing all the work including check -in, paperwork, sample collection, and finally blood drawing. It seems they would be much better if they had at least 2 people working to share the workload. She did the best she could but again she was all by herself.

I had a very good experience at this location this morning. Time between pulling into the parking lot, checking in (without appointment), having labs drawn, and pulling out of the parking lot was exactly 36 minutes, at one of their busiest times of the day. The individual drawing my labs was very friendly and good at his job.

The only thing worse would be hell.slowwwwww, slow, slow- only one person drawing blood, the front desk person let's the phone ring off the hook and doesn't answer- Noone is in a hurry, no sense of service or even acknowledgment from the staff. Just a quiet waiting room with like 3 customers here for over an hour wondering if they are left to eat lunch or nap or what. HELL. I'll never be back to this location. I get that the world is different now, and you don't have to do the most- but do the very least!

Very slow. You sign in on a computer and just sit for 30 minutes. No one acknowledges you until they call your name to gather your health insurance information. Be prepared to wait. Everyone is professional but again it’s slow.
