20The most RUDE people you will find at the front desk. They talk with an attitude without you really saying anything. Not helpful and not how you expect to be treated from any human being. I typically don’t leave reviews but wow, Terrible crew! There are LOTS of good and nice people needing a job.
The woman at the front desk was horribly rude. I walked in and said Hello, which she replied hello all while not looking up for her computer. I thought okay she will be with me when she is ready. Then I got another rude and condescending hello from her. She had me use my phone to sign in with the QR code and it would not work so I approached her and she told me that I would need to figure it out to sign in. The room was jam packed full of people. I walked out and will not be back.

I could have given "Zero" stars if it was a possibility. They have big signs on collecting Insurance and ID at check in. I was waiting to furnish that. The rude lady at the counter was focused on getting me seated instead. She did not know how to take the forehead temperature. She was touching the temperature probe on my wife's forehead. I literally had to plead her, lady I had a rough weekend with a sick wife, RELAX. We took our paperwork and went to another location.
I have been here 4 times the last few weeks and they have lost my urine sample 2 times now. Waiting for 20-30 minutes in the lobby, waiting a week for the results, only to be told by my doctors office that they dont know what happened to my sample. I will add that most of the staff here is not very friendly as well. I hate writing negative reviews but am shocked at how my sample has disappeared twice now!
Nice girl at the front desk! Zero pain blood draw from Rhonda who just started on Monday and she was super nice too!
This lab has lost my bloodwork twice and their office is poorly run (long wait times and often moody employees).
I brought in my 9 month old baby today for a blood test and I was so nervous for him but the staff was AMAZING and we had a great experience. I scheduled his appointment online and checked in at the kiosk as soon as we got there. The wait wasn't bad and the nurses were so sweet. They found his tiny vein on the first try and even sang songs and did their best to get my child (and this teary eyed mommy) through it quickly and as painlessly as possible. I'm so glad we went to this location.
I had a great experience here. The girl who drew my blood was so friendly and really cares about her job. It was also extremely quick, I was in there for about 10 minutes total. Not sure why the reviews here are so low. No one likes getting their blood drawn but y'all made it better for me. Thank you!
Thankfully I'm a woman who judge things by my own experience bcus my visit today was excellent. Plus, being open on Saturday is definitely a bonus. I arrived today @ 8: 40am. The receptionist greeted me with a smile as I signed in. A few ppl were there already but my name was called in less than 6 mins. My whole visit was literally under 10 mins. Dnt believe the hype about this lab. I was in then out like a revolving door.
Staff here treats me like a boss. I was here this morning to ask for a lab test. No greetings and just ask ‘get a seat’ right after i say ‘Hi’. What the hell wrong with this place? Should not treat clients like they pay money for me to do so. I’v had better read reviews before getting here.
My doctor sent me for blood work, and having never been there, I waited at the window for help. The lady sitting at the window never looked up. There were signs on the wall saying to sign in. I was never given any instructions to sign in, so I asked if I needed to sign in and the lady pointed at the sign, without speaking. After I signed in, another lady called my name, and asked for my paperwork, which I already gave to the other lady (the one that points without speaking). I told her I gave it to the lady at the window, and they nearly got in a yelling match. There are some major problems at this place. If you can avoid it, do so. If your doctor needs labs, request they take them elsewhere.
This is the worst place every. My son waited for over 1 1/2 hour while being hungry. The person in front keep saying 45 min but it is all a lie. Seriously.
Probably deserve an even worse rating. CPL systems suck big time, does not look like they know how to take electronic orders from Dr office. On top of that, the staff here is rude and think it's our problem, when they don't know how to use the system.
There are so many people here that some have to stand. The wait is absurd, and the woman attending the front desk told one man that this is how it always is. She’s been rude and uncaring to several people, though I imagine it’s because they’re chronically short staffed and she’s the one dealing with all the angry patients who are waiting an hour just for a blood draw. They clearly need more phlebotomists.
Yes this location is pathetic. DMV has better service. I came here around 7: 35 am and the no one was attending any patient. Looks like the staff arrived after patient arrived. Finally they started taking patient for lab test at 8 am. Moreover no good morning or pleasant grretings. This is 3nd time I am experiencing this kind of service.

Never had any problems with the wait time. Ive been 3 times so far and the staff was friendly and caring each time. They made sure I was comfortable and not dizzy since I was fasting for a glucose test.
Worst staff and lab clinic I had gone to! I called in advance to see if I need to bring my own snack or drinks since I was fasting and I can pass out with needles. They said they have all the things to help me if i do pass out. Front desk lady kept telling me to just sign in but when i tried to explain to her about my referal note she ignore it. I physically gave the paper to another person and the same front desk lady says " Yea you didnt tell me about that, I need it". Next, during blood work I kept telling the nurse my arm is hurting a lot and I was feeling light headed. She said I was fine and pointed a fan to me. I asked for an orange juice and she informed they don't have snacks. I asked for water and she seemed frustrated and said "yea". Next thing she brings in two people and started blood work on them. When I felt better after 5 minutes I got up and walked out. This was so ridiculous of the lack of professionalism to myself and other people gettinf blood work done. Never come here!
Wait time is ridiculous. You'll spend more time waiting to get called back than you did with the doctor.
Horrible experience. Only had one day I could go to get my glucose test done, wait for 45 minutes only to be told they had no glucola and they couldn't do the test. Not something you want to tell a hormonal pregnant woman. If you're going to be an appointment-free clinic, you should have all materials on hand to perform your jobs. Horrible.
