The front desk receptionist is fast and wonderful as well as there workers always willing to help and try to find a solution to help you love the attitudes and the way they make you feel welcome excellent doctors and always attentive cant ask for any other clinic or doctor office just them love my clinic clinicas mi doctor

Save your time and money and DO NOT come here. Incompetent staff. Your employees are a reflection of your business. If you care about your patients, train them or fire them because they obviously don’t know what they’re doing.

HORRIBLE STAFF! DO NOT RECOMMEND. My mother came here for a routine physical, first of all to start off I'm not sure what the doctor's name is but she made my mother bleed while performing the pap smear. My mom was scheduled to go back for results, when she went the lady at the front desk told her it would be a 3 hour wait for her results which makes NO SENSE. To top it off they told her they had to perform the pap smear again because apparently they didn't do it right the first time. My mother refused and just wanted her lab results. She went today for her lab results and the lady at the front desk was RUDE and YELLED at my mom and told her to get out. HORRIBLE STAFF and UNPROFESSIONAL. Don't waist your time here.

Great doctors and employees! I have always had great experiences coming to Mi Doctor. The nurses provide everything needed in a timely matter. I like how the providers take their time and listen to any and every concern and explain everything. Thank you Ms. Anaya and Ms. Montano for everything!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The receptionist and female medical assistants should reconsider there profession in the medical field.
Being a paying client to be treated as a virus talked to in a disrespectful manner on top of being sprayed lysol hurt my feelings.
I too aam frightened with all that is going on. Yet I don't t treat anyone less. I put my trust in this practice just to be treated as such. Is a disappointment.

Only reason I would give a second chance is the Nurse practitioner and the young Male medical assistant. They are truly heroes in this pandemic changing lives.

Dr. Maribel Anaya is the best! I highly recommend this medical facility front desk staff very respectful and attentive with patients and good communication. Thank you Dr. Anaya for all the help and best advices to be healthy in the long term

Very fast and efficient, referred to me through V. A. Clinic was clean, organized and staff knowledgeable. Didn’t have to make separate appointments, My X-ray was done on-site too

Been waiting over an hour for the doctor to come in and release us. This is absurd we came for a doctor's note because my wife's job requires even for the flu and we have been here 3 hours do not come here unless you plan to spend all day here bring lunch and snacks

Worst place ever! They are inconsiderate and do not care about their patients, as long as they get paid they could care less about anything else. If you value your health I would advise you to look elsewhere for your healthcare needs!

Failure to forward e-script to pharmacy, now it has been 2 weeks. I called twice about but nothing! Poor service.

They gave me the impression that they don't won't white non Spanish speaking people as patients and the one doctor had no time to even answer one question. He said he doesn't have time he had other patients to see and I believe there were cameras in the rooms because of a statement a doctor made.

Excellent customer service, everyone in the office is so nice and polite. I highly recommend them! The doctor's there were so attentive with me and my son. They truly love what they do! We need to see more clinic's like this! If you haven't been here, you need to change your doctor and stop by and see for yourself!

Very unprofessional the doctor is very rude, and they charged you twice I’ve been to another doctors and they you just paid 40 dollars for the appointment and that’s it they don’t charge you for any injection or exam

Very disappointed! This is the first time being this place and I will not go back again! Waited for 2 hours and 30 min before they call my name and I asked the guy who works in the front desk supposed to be the manager why I am not called and he told me to RELAX.

Never seen such bad service from the people working in the front. They were very rude and disrespectful. Not only to me but to the other people walking in to see the the doctor and then turned away. If I could rate this place 0 stars I definitely would.

This is the second time this week that I've been at the clinic with my daughters. Front desk staff along with manager were very helpful with insurance verification. Ms. Anaya was great; she made my girls feel comfortable and explained everything well.

ALL STAFF FROM THE FRONT DESK, MEDICAL ASSISTANT'S TO THE DOCTORS BOTH FEMALE & MALE ARE WELCOMING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY YOU CAN TELL THEY LOVE WHAT THEY DO AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
