For one you have to pay before you see a doctor. Secondly we are the only ones in the waiting room and have been waiting for over 30 minutes. This place seems like they are here to prey on the less fortunate. Now they have me in a virtual dr visit

First, a girl behind a table who does not speak English well. Secondly, we stayed in the waiting room around me for 25 minutes, and no one asked that my. After I knocked on the door and spoke to them, we entered on behalf of another person named Ali. We had a second promise for my wife with a doctor for a blood test, and we were late for our appointment. Because of delays. Note, when we are late for previous appointments by five minutes, you refuse our appointment. Why are all these fallacies?

I have been visiting this clinic with my grandma before and the nurse by the name of wendy has always been helpful in making sure im translating things right and that my grandma feels comfortable even with the drawing of her blood.thank you to her even offering my baby sister dumdums! She was very nice and welcoming, will definitely be coming back.

Dr. Pomales is exceptional. I had been working on getting my A1C lower and other Doctors just wanted to push pills or give me the wrong diet advice. Within just 1 year my A1C went from 13 to 6.4 following advice and totally different medication than other Doctors provided. He is a stern Doctor, which I enjoy, he does not sugar coat things. He also celebrates your successes with you and helps you work through things when they are not what you and him expect.

He has done more for my health and well being than my 2 other doctors from the last 6 years. He is very knowledgeable and if you bring up things he may not agree with, he will ask why and then the next visit will have a more detailed discussion with you.

My time spent with him, to me is a gift. I have never had a Doctor care for me being well, vs.just treating me will pills. He gets specialist referrals quickly and the specialists are also top notch.

I highly recommend Dr. Pomales, he will help you be the best you.

I haven't been to this actual facility in awhile about three years ago they were great I had been going to them for years me and the male doctor didn't click he was nice he just wasn't for me I can't even remember his name it wasn't too bad you could tell when he was having a bad day.but let me tell you about Hilda Martinez she was the best doctor ever I'm not sure if she's there anymore but I'm pretty sure she's with the company so she might be at a different office when I tell you she listens to she don't judge you she changed my life in so many ways when covid hit I kind of backtrack but I'm getting it just wanted to shed light on all the good they do my God I'm forever grateful

I like dr. Pomales. But this is hands down the worst run clinic I have ever experienced. They have messed up my prescription numerous times and continue to do so despite repeated requests and me being told they fixed it. My latest lab results are off and need explaining and a med change yet despite messages no one calls me back. Generally, I have to go in person to make any request and even then it gets poor response. Never go here.

Avoid all these clinics, they prey on the vulnerable and do not follow the right protocols. AVOID!

I've been going here for months to be treated for a fungal infection and still haven't received appropriate treatment. I may develop cancer because of their mistreatment of my condition.

All the people who work in this clinic do not understand anything. I have been going to these for a year, and not once did they give me or my family a prescription right at the pharmacy. Every time I have to come and say that this is Don't make a mistake, neither the doctor nor anvone else who works here cares about the patient, they make a mistake every time.
